One thing that annoys me is the road to glory mode in ncaa is much better than madden and when my player graduates and I take him on to madden its never that fun because maddens superstar mode sucks. Ncaa road to glory is MUCH better than superstar mode.

@Praize67 BS. The only thing Madden has on NCAA is a playoff system and a bit of a bigger online gaming community. NCAA has better replay value, dynasty, graphics, a bigger selection of teams to choose from, ect.

Drives me crazy when people want to criticize madden every year. Madden hasnt even come out yet. If you have done any reading you would know they are overhauling the the game modes as far as franchise and superstar goes. They have put just as much work into gameplay as they did in NCAA 12. In fact the EA reps have stated many times that NCAA and Madden's game engines are very similar. So please until you have a copy of madden in your hands and you've sank some hours into it please dont criticize

I Have to admit I Love NCCA Football 2012, I think it might be better than Madden 2012, even though it's not out yet. Madden 12 has to really impress me, becuase me and my college roomates spends so many hours playing NCCA 12. It looks amazing and I'm actually better in NCCA 12 than Madden 12.

custom playbooks, new superstar mode, new MUT with legends, new preseason mode in franchise where you actually cut your roster from 70 to 53, new FA bidding system, there are a TON of new updates in Madden 12. I'm getting both games, but I'm more excited about Madden 12, but as a football fan I know it's going to be a great year of college and pro video game football this season. My opinion.... GET BOTH

@FakeConsoleWar Um ok, so let's go over this again, new tackling and blocking, same as NCAA 12, improved Zone D just like NCAA 12, new franchise mode, new preseason roster cuts, custom playbooks. I'm pretty sure that is all a part of gameplay not cosmetics, only cosmetic stuff is the 32 team entrances, new camera angles based on all 32 stadiums, 3d grass, new emotion based animations.

@jpdavis82 first off the new "tackling" and "blocking" is just the removal of suction other then that its pretty simliar to last year. and teh zone D is alright. again franchise mode, roster cuts custom playbooks are FRILLS and have nothing to do with gameplay. Gameplay is when your on the field playing the GAME. Dont get me wrong Ive bought madden and ncaa every year for at least 10 years now if not longer the games get slighty better each year but no huge leaps have been made.

They have a new guy in charge, Cam Weber who is a former quarterback and all about hardcore football. If anything I think we will see continued meaningful improvements every year from now on and less and less ''gimmick'' features. I know next year they are talking about possibly going to physics and they will have a new commentary engine, both needed

This review is terrible you made a review on Madden 12 vs NCAA 12 and you don't know anything about Madden 12. I have friends who have played both and they all said the games are VERY similar, but Madden 12 is better overall. They said Madden 12 is a bigger jump from Madden 11 than NCAA is from NCAA 11, both games are great games they said but Madden 12 is better overall.
