@woogar it is CrossFit Conquest, I train while the gym is empty and no classes are being held so I can focus. It is hard to train my skills and technique while in the middle of a Crossfit-burpee-box-jump-beehi­ve, Therefore, I usually train alone.

I started practicing KB clean-jerks and snatches, inspired by your videos. How much are those green KB's you're working with? (I used 20kg for double clean-jerks last time; was nice and challenging).
