  • did you grow up since you started bodybuilding and weight lifts?

what do you think about weighting lifts is bad for teenagers cause stop the growth?

i´m 16 , i have 8 months in bodybuilding, but i´ve this question since i started in the gym, i´ve looked for in internet, with doctors but i would like the answer for someone who has been experimenting with this.

  • @littleromeo19 well i'm no expert but i heard that doing stuff like football and wrestling with ur friends is more likely to stunt ur growth then lifting weights if u do it with good form and stuff so i guess it's possible to stunt ur growth but it seems extemely unlikely and i have never heard of anyone that has

  • you arnt even that tank....and if your eating fatty foods which it looks like you are you dont do that...and this aint a hate comment you just look more chubby than tank

  • @48fatboi he said off season

  • Without cardio workouts, so its fucking..

  • ur small buddy

  • You look relatiely defined in off season i suppose your bodyfat here is no more than 10% or max 11% nice thighs though... need to work more on the chest and the back... the arms are looking good :)

  • dude play football, well, probably too late now, youre probab ly in senior year or even graduated.

  • @scondore bro never mind the haters, as a bodybuilder, you'll get hated on frequently, it's a normal instinctive reaction to many people, hell i have been accused of using steroids long before i actually used them, lol, so it's all good, actually take all this hate as a compliment and never let any one bring you down

  • @ssfreakkk any trained eye in the sport can obviously see you have great potential, so God bless you and keep on doing what you love, as this sport in my oppinion is the most beautiful sport ever, there will be good days and bad days, but i can see you have been training for a while, so obviously understand where you can stem your motivation from, good luck man!

  • @ssfreakkk but you used steroids..?

  • @popimpi yes i have and still do popimpi..

  • @ssfreakkk Why though, don't you feel as though, your not really naturally attaining your growth, or that you're cheating your body somehow? I just wanna know why people do it. In most gyms I've been in AUS and NZ, anyone caught with pills or courses or who'd been suspected underwent tests, and anything positive = huge banhammer.

  • @popimpi i have been training naturally for 11 years, attained my maximum growth, and started pushing the limits with steroids, and there is a sane way of using, not the shotgun method, and why i do it? i do it for myself, after a while, one gets really used to getting big, not just showing off,, its something extremely different, it's for my own personal satisfaction, like other choose to drink, or smoke, or shoot drugs, i dont do any of these things, i do this for me, so who am cheating??

  • @ssfreakkk

    Yourself.

Conforming to a society that demands a perfect or near perfect body that is only subjective to yourself is a level of insanity all it's own.

Only when you "think" you have achieved your goal does the confident and happy mindset appear. The former and the latter don't require anything but belief in yourself as an individual. Any type of of isolation muscle building will appear unnatural to anyone - and will only attract dysgenic women.

  • @patriot501 To be honest i admire your perception and mindset, i will not delve into the choice i have made of participating in the apparent egotistical, narcissistic sport of bodybuilding, but is there any chance that the apparent and the obvious be nothing more then a harsh reality of mere dry overly consumed stereotyping? would it mean anything if i as an individual practice this sport, attained extreme muscularity along the years,

  • patriot501

pharmacologically aided or not, yet keep myself physically covered all year round? avoid the "walk in pack" mentality? would it make a difference if my mind dissociates itself from the sport and the lifting once i step out of the gym?

would it make a difference if the woman of my dreams hates just the mentioning of the word of fitness, yet is "average" by vain standards?

  • patriot501 yet in my mind is the most beautiful creature my eyes had ever seen? would it still make a difference if my " "happiness" had never been hanged on the materialistic goal of adding an extra pound or two to the scale? would it ever be realistic to ever believe that choosing this sport for the feel i have in the gym from the training and the rush i get of my blood pumping through my system and the adrenaline feel of the training be what gives me the high i attain?

  • patriot501

if had chosen another path of any choice in life, drugs, smoking, promiscuity, or any other "vice" would i have been also subject to this soulless classification, and shelf packed labeling? peace be unto you..

  • zaraz kupe zrobisz :)

  • you six pack sucks..

  • Wasn't too impressed until the thighs. great definition.

  • for only being 16 thts pretty dam good. What does ur diet consist of?

  • @scondore

Y.Welc' If you had to cut back on your legs, you are exceedingly lucky.

  • @scondore

Hope you didn't mind the 'free advice'

  • @scondore

Keep at it. Please remember to have what I call a 'Plan B' workout. This is the one you do that hits everything, but you only train 6-7 times a month. This is just b/c there is a period you need to cut back, relax, but not 'shrink' This assumes you are gonna be doing this when you are my age (65).

Then you go real all out maybe 5 mos and then etc. Work the legs. Keep at it. Be patient, and ingore the wimps who try to diss you in forums like this

  • Gud 4 a 16 year old, chest nd traps need more work, impressive bak

  • im 17 and weigh about 96kg my max bench press is 141kg i have been bodybuilding since i was 13......... i love arm pump.... its better than sex.

  • Ha you must be a 17yo virgin then.

  • @bsckts

Please don't tell your future wife that ;)

That's a 315 bench. V good for a 210 lb bodyweight. Keep at this for life

  • My right arm is 12.5 inches, and my left is 13 inches at the age of 14. Is that good?

  • depends on your weight im 15 and have 18 inch arms

  • im impressed. well done

  • 5 ft 6" and 155 Lbs!? What!? Really? I'm really surprised. I'm 5 ft 9", weigh about 150 right now... I started at 137 and I've now been BBing for about 6 months. So that's about 13 lbs (2 lb's a month). How well of progress is that? I'm in my 20s by the way.

  • amazing a kid with all this muscles he's really shows the adults who's boss

  • nice body plus you're cute and nice!...but please pose in shorter shorts to show off those incredible thighs...

  • Nice, i'm 15, if I can say I look good, but you look way better, nice, I got some work to do before I look like that.

P.S. To everyone concerned about growing I have had NO problems whatsoever with heavy training, doing it for some less than 1 year and grew pretty much went from 1.78 m to 1.83 m in 1 year or something.

  • Im turning 17 in a couple of months man. Your pretty big dude, your bigger than me but i've got a little more defenition than you. but you shouldn't lift so much weights because it can affect your growth, wait till your 18(thats what im doing); you got plenty of time to get huge, but you only have a couple of years left to grow.

  • dont listen to the assholes putting you down man. for a 16 year old thats incredible. keep it up and stay natural! im 18 and still trying to get bigger lol.

  • Very classy response, man. Props to you. Keep lifting, bro.

  • ur ok

  • get outta here...

    you look amazing kiddo

  • You know i dont really agree with young teens bodybuildng but I DO AGREE with what you said about supps- they are a waste of money. All those vitamins and stuff they put in it will just be crapped out the other end (to be crude!) they are synthetic vitamins and your body dosent absorb them properly - you need to eat REAL FOOD to get benefit of vitamins. Just eat properly and eat the right foods to get all the carbs and protein you need for success.

  • what is your protein program i mean your eating program pleaz send it to me on my page or somehing like that i would apresiate ggreetz from serbia ! ! next 2 that good body

  • do you have strentchmarkes ?

  • You mean stretchmarks? :) He def have stretchmarks, every body builder have em.

  • wwow you look so solid......and very sexy too ;)

  • aye bro, since you arnt exacly tall, you should try stomache vacummes when doing front double bicep and front lat spread, makes you look longer and gives you a better V-taper, i hope it was the pump but you arms look a lil big for everything else, legs are sick and back is mad, keep up the good work man, check out my vids
