I think mace windu is saposed to be the best fighter, and yoda is saposed to be the most skilled in the force while palpatine is the most cunning. Obiwan is the more calm and paitient then anakin that's why he got beat in ep.3 but if anakin where to keep all his limbs he would have grown to be more powerful in the force than all of them.

OMG! For all the dumb asses who think the Mace defeated Sidius are retards.He let himself lose so Anikin can turn to the dark side. If you watch ep 3 you can clearly see that palps couldve easlly killed him on a few ocasions.

@MarkaRagnos777 graphic novels dont exactly count as canon, but theirs a graphic novel, (i have it around here someplace) by dark horse, that had Darth Maul re-appear just as Anakin turned to darth Vader (with the robots repairing him) hunting down obiwan to kill him, only to have found Luke as a young boy, and Obiwan finishing Maul off. was a good comic. im going to ha

@Keihryon No, gui-gon > obi-wan. Maul was toying with obi-wan.. that was a mistake that ultimately lead to his destruction. Maul killed qui-gon, and left obi-wan dangling from an edge. He took them both on, easily.

@Fade2Dark Yeah except Anakin, Yoda, Mace, and Dooku himself. Maul was very aggressive thats all. Dooku's poise and precision would rip the double blade style apart effeciently. Maul was just a dog let loose. Nothing more.

@cyber151 You ready for this? Mace took down palpatine using only his saber, saber vs force.. Owned. To claim duku had greater saber skills than maul, is a joke. Duku was slow as shit swinging his blade, maul showed martial arts skill as well as being a lot faster, with even a larger blade. Duku got owned by young, wreckless anakin. nuff said.

@cyber151 Here's the finaL BLOW... Obi-Wan (same person who killed maul) defeated anakin in episode 3. So, Obi-Wan > Anakin > Duku. There's your proof.

@Fade2Dark Tyrannus (Dooku) was a much better swordsman, and overall much more powerful in the Force than Maul. Maul looked cool, that was about it. But just like the Force users Cyber151 mentioned would rip him a new one.

You obviously have no idea what you're talking about, the actor who did maul showed his skill in martial arts during the film.. count duku just swayed the sword from left to right.. that's all he did.... There is a huge difference in their speed. Ibtw, if Mace took down palpatine using no powers.. maul can do it just as easily to duku.

Sith Master is only used to describe the difference between Master and Apprentice. Other than that, there's no such thing as a Sith Master position.

Darth Mault & Darth Tyranus(Dooku) were both Dark Lords of the Sith, the highest rankings in the Sith during this time.
