As for the pain threshold, it's true that women have a higher one then men, and the thought behind that is that women were build for childbirth with the higher pain threshold included.
@deathbird1202 yup... also the fact that women are more emotional is not a minus but simply the fact that both sides of the brain are "connected", unlike it is with brain of men. their sides of the brain are not "talking" to each other. then again, too emotional is not good too, but this is how women were and still are taught to be like.

@deathbird1202 :) the subject of differences between males and females in general is very interesting. It also depends on the way you were raised. A woman can be raised to have simply almost no emotional reaction, which would be something psychological, nothing mental or serious but e.g. rough childhood perhaps is the key - boys are usually treated in a different way than girls. Girls are always loved and taken care, too much. Boys on the other hand, if raised the same way, become "mommy boys".
I usually listen to "harder" stuff, like Dimmu Borgir and In Flames, but this is so beautiful that is rips my heart. Thumbs up if you love the song and the beautiful picture.

I think people like us (and I'm not pretending to be better than the others) think by themselves, and they find their kind of music in more specific styles like metal.
That's because Within Temptation seems "underrated". Remember, people have their own tastes. I'm glad to like WT, they make me feel alive.
@HBProds What about band who are pop and have great songs aswell =) I listen One Republic cause there songs are amazing the lyrics. They are pop/rock. There are just more people who likes that genre. WT sounds so sad sometimes, which is no problem for me. And here in Netherlands people think it is Gothic Music. lol. I liked WT, they have some great song, but I like my own favorite band more =)

Has anyone heard that song by Dido called Thank You? In the chorus of this song, when she says "All that's done's forgiven", I can't help but think of the melody in the Thank You song.
Just listen to the beginning of that song, the first couple of lines "My tea's gone cold, I'm wondering why
I got out of bed at all"
"All that's done's forgiven" sounds like "I got out of bed at all".
Not accusing WT for anything. I just find it interesting because it brings back memories of the other song.
