  • Larry Carlton forever, man

  • Great Band!! Greg Mathieson - Keys, John Peña - Bass, Jeff Porcaro - drums, Alex Acuña - Perc. All studio legends.

  • Outstanding! Thanks for sharing this.

  • This era - the Valley Arts guitar, the 'out' playing and those ultra fluent 'stacked 4th' runs - really define Larry Carlton for me. He really is at the top of his game here.

  • YOU KNOW HOW EVERYONE CALLS THERE FAVORITE GUITARIST THE"VERY BEST"? WELL,,, I AM GOING TO SAY IT,,, AND LARRY IS CERTAINLY DESERVING OF THAT TITLE, I AM ABSOLUTELY SERIOUS. TELL ME,, ANYONE IN YOUTUBE LAND,, WHO ELSE IS THERE OUT THERE THAT CAN PLAY BLUES, JAZZ, POP, FUNK, LATIN, SAMBA, FUSION, AND SOME CLASSICAL? I'M A LONG TIME GUITARIST AND LARRY IS THE ONLY ONE THAT SENDS SHIVERS DOWN EVERY PART OF ME, LITERALLY! ROBBEN FORD IS THE ONLY OTHER EMOTIONAL PLAYER ABLE TO DO THAT TO ME. L.C. #1

  • frighteningly skilled guitarist.I could listen to Larry all day long, covers all the bases and disciplines.Shred guitar bores me after 20 measures, you can't wow with speed alone,LC's still dropping jaws 40 years later.....

  • Volume 3

  • This tune is in one of the Chuck Sher Real Books

  • From an ancient VHS tape recorded in the early 80's, the complete version , what a solo !! what a band !! complete musical economy and sharing socialism. Space and timing and a superb example of how Jazz should be.

  • @ruptup2003 have this straight, you can put another song, I'm a fan of Porcaro.

  • @hazcarate Another Porcaro fan here, always hoping for more gems like this one to surface!
