She's challenging by nature and very blunt in terms of speach, but she's honest and knows no lie, of course she also underestimates people very easily.

Well she's not evil even not when she first shows up in IaMP as the antagonist her intentions were not really that evil.

She's a trouble maker if anything but over all is good.

Yeah she is! If she is a devil girl, she's no longer evil but is a frisky trouble maker. She is Suika .. quite the charming little troll oni girl. She has a habit of just CRASHING through social niceties. She is wildly cute. Kind of hazel or sandy hair. An outrageous drunk she is constantly drinking all the time. She seems to be a very close and valued friend of Reimu now. Reimu kind of nurtures Suika's good side.

There's a manga, yes...made as an extension of the story of the eighth game.

There's an anime, yes...but it's a fanmade anime.

In other words, yes this is a game series at its core.
