Look closely between 0:23 and 0:25. The girl is not outside. That's bluescreen! This whole ad was taped in the studio. The shattered glass (candy glass not real glass) was hooked up by remote control so that on cue, it would shatter. And that unusual laceration, that was a switch between the real girl and a dummy. Notice the driver's head is way. This makes the switch more easier through special editing.
