@locotaco10 Tom filed first and listed the separation date earlier than 2001, the theory being that he wouldn't have to pay spousal support because the marriage lasted less than 10 years, according to him.
@siobanethier He listed it as December 2000, which was the month of their 10th anniversary. She listed it as February 2001. I don't know what the reasoning behind their dispute of when the separation date actually was, but that may very well be the reason.
@locotaco10 They were separated by January apparently. They were both at the Golden Globes but many people say they were not together. He made the announcement in early February and everyone says she was blindsided by the announcement. Poor Nicole. That was soooo wrong. And she was pregnant at the time and miscarried and he was like 'gee that's too bad...anyway...' I'd rather not believe that about him but the way he apparently left her was awful.''She knows why'' ..She didn't yet.
I loved her curls. I love her outfit at 1:46 so cute. Reminds me of Anne of Green Gables.

@siobanethier They did not split in 99 or 00. In the divorce papers she listed the separation as January 2001.
