Why have all the controls on the screen when the keypad is right there.

@mtjfriulana I guess you have never seen or used the VVX 1500 in real life. The screen is certainly large enough for personal video use and provides great picture resolution. Also, whatever material Polycom uses on the screen means it does not leave noticeable finger marks. All in all a great, simple to use, cost effective business communications tool.
You're suggesting touch screens will never catch on - try telling that to iPhone users......
