  • Bargain!

  • That's half the fun tinkering with them ,I love IC engines of all types. Once you get used to tuning them it's no prob very simple really , but to each their own - sweet Gee Bee I'm thinking of getting the GP R1

  • R1's are very nice! Much more challenging than the "Y" version. I've seen so many R1's Tip stall and die than any other versions of the Gee Bee. The "Y" I have is a floater and glides nicely to a landing...no bad characteristics.

  • nice plane too bad it's not glow

  • Being an all electric guy, I can't speak for glow, but I've flown with lots of glow/gas guys and I can say I'm glad it's electric. If I get to the field at the same time as a glow/gas guy, I'll be done with my 2nd or 3rd flight before the glow/gas guy even gets his gas motor started. then if he's lucky it starts up and remains on, otherwise, he needs to mess with carb settings and not to mention the gas pump he uses to get the gas out- that stuff gets all over his hands. yuck!

  • That is one sweet looking r/c plane man, nice one mate and look forward to your flight with this one,5*

  • Great plane with a nice set up! Its good to take your time. Its when we rush it that something bad always happens...
