  • Congratulations for your weight loss ;). The only thing I have to say is that you should stop having goals in weight since you don't have that much fat left. Now it is time for muscle mass to gain, and muscles weigh more than fat so you may never get to 110 but still get a nice body ;). I am skinny ( 106 pds for 5'4) and went to the gym to get more tonus , I gained 10 pounds but my thighs are better looking and I can lift things more easily now. So keep up with your efforts!

  • Congratulations you look great! im sorry about your father i hope your doing well. but i think you need to have a better body image and love yourself. i hope you dont take offense to this because i mean it in the way that you are pretty and skinny and you should see that and love that

  • I think you should try switching the order that you work out. If you do the weight training first, your body will be at your target heart rate before you even start on the ellipticle. that way you are burning fat the second you start doing cardio. if you do the cardio first it takes a while to get to the fat burning stage.

  • How old are u? It's great that your devoted to loosing weight but your not fat at all! I wouldn't even call what u thought was fat fat. Don't go to crazy loosing weight, trust me. My friend did that and she ended up being really sick because she wasnt happy with her size 2!! a size 2 is NOT fat at all - and 4 isn't either

    with all of the school work I get really stressed out and start to eat a lot.
