  • I haven't tried this game yet, but it looks pretty hard for only easy mode :p

  • Ok, here's my view on how things can be settled. The creator of this game can credit the creator of the music he used first off. Then, since the license KgZ was granted was only through non commercial distribution, the creator of this game should give KgZ a slight percentage of royalty made from this game, considering he is actually making money off of this.

  • Fucking christ, people. Yeah, the music was "stolen", as in credited in the game without notifying KgZ, but not everyone who puts up a fucking video on Youtube is the same guy who made the damn game. You stupid lackeys are just spamming the crap out of anything related that you can find even if it isn't even the same guy. The games are pretty much fucking freeware anyways; you can find them for download everywhere. How do you think that one guy even found the credits screen in the first place?

  • Did KgZ even tell you to start spamming Youtube videos? As far as I know he didn't. It's not your right to take over this issue like it's the goddamn apocalypse. The guy doesn't speak fucking english. The second site KgZ linked is a fansite, nothing more. Who the hell do you think you are, a messenger of absolute justice in the name of almighty KgZ? No.

If anything, KgZ could fucking PROFIT from this. You just get into contact with the guy and cut a deal, it's not rocket science.

  • "If he asked and told me in some what shape or form I would have had no problem, even though he was selling the game."

But he didn't. Boo hoo. What are you going to do now, harass him like the fucking mafia until be breaks?

The truth is, this is a great game and this guy does some great work. Are you all going to let it go to waste because some music was ripped? Are you going to attempt to prevent him from making new games because of this? What kind of impact does this have on you, exactly?

  • It sends a message that somehow the music production community's rights are less important than those of some moronic programmer. We can't allow plagiarism to go on unchecked or all of our rights will be infringed upon. He's making money off of someone else's work, does that not seem wrong to you at all?

  • Of course it's wrong. However, the issue here is not as huge and serious as the lot of you make it out to be. It's not a case of "Fuck you I'm stealing your music" or anything like that. If you've been paying attention, the guy is truly sorry, and essentially is halting the selling of a game he already finished and his other game as well because of this. There's no way creating the music rivals the effort the entire game requires in this case, no matter what you may think.

  • When you say "some moronic programmer", it really hurts because it projects that you can seriously only see one side of this. It's not exactly plagiarism, either. He was fairly credited, although not notified that he was selling a game with his music in it, which he might not have realized was an offense to begin with.

Of course musician's rights are as important as any other. But this is KgZ's fight, not yours. Spamming on videos does not fix anything.

I like your Etude No. 4, by the way.

  • Fair enough, I can respect that. But if the programmer is really sorry, he's going to need to compensate KgZ in some way. Plagiarism or not, he did break the license of the music, as it is specifically noncommercial.

  • What everyone else said, this music is stolen without credit.

  • This music belongs to KgZ pay up fucktard

  • U is a stealer of da music

  • KgZ > Your shitty game.

  • This Music Does Not Belong to You

  • Dude, just credit KgZ and be done with it.

  • Music Theft is not ok... Give KgZ his due.

  • nice way to advertise by stealing someone else's music without paying them.

  • Track used is "Versatile" by KgZ, used without permission.

It's sad to see that a commercial game is using music without paying for it and even without noticing the author...

  • It looks..... interesting for it to be horizontal... But moving back and forth, Remilia will never reach her destination...
