  • This used to work when courts weren't full of corrupt judges and prosecutors. When you have to fight an ILLEGAL search, that in itself shows the corruption of the system. And when judges freely give warrants to search without even looking at the evidence and just take the cops word, that is the failure of the legal system. And lawyers don't care about you, they get paid either way, guilty or not. Think about that. So what real incentive do they have to get a not guilty verdict?

  • @Juckstapoze That's right, it's best to not even let them know you're home! If you must, go out on the porch and shut the door (locked) behind you. NEVER let them into your house unless you called them because you were burglarized or something.

  • @StevenE1972 Make sure you have no bench warrants before you call them. I knew a guy whose house was burgled. he called the cops, they found he had a bench warrant for a traffic court fail to appear, so they took him to jail.

  • @MarcBrewer That's definitely true. The way that most people who have warrants out on them get caught is that whenever you have ANY encounter with cops they will almost ALWAYS run a check on you through the NCIC. When it reports that there is a warrant for your arrest, you get arrested. The best things to do is DON'T COMMIT CRIMES and if you do have any legal trouble TAKE CARE OF IT right away. Skipping traffic court is just stupid! Pay your fines and be done with it. LOL

  • i Never ever open my door to cops, reason : im not doing anything they need to be concerned about and eventually they go away !

  • I have never been asked to be searched... they have only ever wanted to search when they smelled pot, and if they smell pot, they don't have to ask, they can just search. It's probable cause. Also, what he said is wrong, if a cop knocks on your door, and you open it, he doesn't need a warrant, he can say he saw something, or he smelled something, or you had a funny look on your face, or anything. Check the peephole, and if it's a cop, don't open the door!!!

  • @Juckstapoze totally agree man, the best way to handle it when cop knocks on your door is to step out of ur house and the shut the door behind you, it'll prevent them from seeing or smelling something.

  • Definitely good info.

Too bad this guy was an asshole police officer for so long... though the bright side is he is now helping people as an attorney.

  • @RevilerRedNigga No, he just saw a better revenue stream for himself, that's all. Lawyers play the game along with judges and prosecutors. They are not your friend. They get paid either way, guilty or not, so what incentive do they have to do right by you? There's always more victims that need a lawyer, and he just rakes in the loot. If lawyers were really helping "us", they would expose the system for what it is. They have to pass the bar to become a lawyer, they are part of the corruption. FYI

  • @RevilerRedNigga If you wanna learn just how corrupt the system is, check out Rod Class dot com.

  • Great info!
