Eric believed there was a greater chance that he was the father since the baby was born 9 months after his one night with Brooke, she and Ridge didn't get involved until way after that but the doctor said that it's actually 9 months minus 10 days so Ridge still had an equal chance. The 1st test said Ridge was the father but it was tampered by Sheila. The 2nd test(untampered) said Eric was the father. She must have been overdue when she went into labor, sometimes babies are born past the duedate.
@CherryBaby23 Not when Rick and Hope were born. Ironically Ridge was there when Bridget and RJ were born, Brooke's 2 children that needed paternity tests. Ironically in BOTH cases he was one of the 2 possible fathers. With Bridget, the other possible father was Eric and with RJ, the other possible father was Nick. Brooke always knew Eric was Rick's father and that Deacon was Hope's father. She always knew Nick was Jack's father, she just didn't know that she was Jack's mother.

and also something thats funny is that bridget was born at the cabin in 1992 then she turned around and gave birth to logan night in 2010 .
