It was silly though for her to insist on "making-a-statement" about her orientation. The army is a lot more wild than presented here. Just read all sorts of abuses that happen daily. There is no reason she should have put up that fight and insist everyone should know her sexual behavior. Its irrelevent for the army and, can only cause trouble
I will never attend a pride parade. Why do we have to shove are feelings onto everyone?!
@michellelesiable It's not shoving our feelings into everyone, it's a demonstration of difference and an attempt to make progress in the LGBT cause. It's very relevant, until there is no more homophobia.
