@ema629 Poor kinetic king. Im sorry but don't be ridiculous. He had one of the biggest fails ever and there was really no reason behind his mistake. He just wasn't able to make his chain go. Please enlighten me and tell what you think he will do if he comes back to the show. He doesn't have many options anyway. His attempt that failed was a world record attempt. Is he going to attempt this again? What do you think he will do? I'm sorry but there is absolutley no way he is coming back to AGT!!!!!

@sabird1 It has been confirmed that the wood from his sticks were warped from the humidity of the theater. So the failure of his act not only has an explanation, but it was not his fault. If he came back, the show could take the necessary precautions to ensure the theaters humidity levels stay very low so that the warping doesn't happen again. I really think he deserves a chance to redeem himself. I am, however so sorry to see that you were born with a stone where your heart should have been.

I'm happy he has a chance to redeem himself and would love to see him be able to set that world record. I agree he wouldn't be able to fill an entire Vegas show, but you can't deny that the drama of his whole story is going to make great television! There are a lot of people rooting for him, he's gotta be good for ratings.

I have to say that it would be cool if two world records are brokenn on AMericas got talent (the shallow water diver's highest jump and now the kinetic king).

@sabird1 That's how I felt. I'm sure the show would love to have 2 world records made during the show, great promotional thing for them. I'd actually be fine if he goes on, does well, and maybe doesn't make it to the next round. I just couldn't stand the idea of it ending the way it did for him after all the work he put in. The fact that he handled the utter humiliation that he must of been feeling with such grace made me want him back on even more. So, we'll keep our fingers crossed for him!

I'm sure the A/C will be cranking in that theater from the moment he begins set up to the moment he sets it off. I hope they get him a team of helpers, physics majors from a nearby college, to shorten up the set up time. Maybe they'll bypass all of the warping problems by using plastic instead of wood tongue depressors. It'll be exciting no matter what!

This gives the best explanation of how the stick bombs work and how they're assembled by the man himself. Watch the whole video if you can stand it, because seeing how tedious putting those contraptions together was gave me a whole new appreciation for how much effort it takes for this man to give us 60 seconds of entertainment.
