i started doing cupcakes when i was 10, and im still having trouble with the tecniques also, with getting the right fluffy icing that tastes so good. my icing recipe says it makes a bowl, but it only makes about a cup. i end up improvising.

I'll give Chloe 10 points for presentation, poise, and a wonderful voice to listen to in this video. I learned more from this "ten year old, almost 11 year old" than some of the other "professional" videos.

I'll give the person who SHOT the video a spanking and tell them to "Go back to photo school!" Out of focus, when Chloe was showing a specific technique, the camera was on her FACE, rather than what Chloe was doing.
