In my opinon, he should have refined his illustrations. True sophisticated technology is beautiful in its simplicity.I mean, that is the point of technology, right?

The faces of the g1 characters were better because they were more humanoid. They all looked like they had on some cool shades, mask or visors for the eyes. I'm not saying do the same thing but update it.

Yeah thats the problem. They look humanoid. They are supposed to be aliens aren't they. So Michael Bays designs make them look more alien and out of this world witch is how an alien robot should look.

Um... firstly coming up with the concepts of how transformers would look in real life as opposed to cartoon. But mostly, the great styling, the ability to translate the Camaro body panels into a cool-looking form, and the 3D modelling skills required to do it.

Um, nup I mean how they would look in real life, ie. creating the designs for the movie in all their complexity, as opposed to what they started with (G1 toys or cartoons). Wasn't talking about rendering as such.
