  • @lolzabubbles They were referring to the fact that they'd put the actual serving of dinner inside of the bell pepper, thus making the bell pepper a makeshift bowl. (They put the whole thing inside of another bowl afterwards in case the pepper broke mid-meal.)

  • @kissfan7 - I think it depends on the brand,since some say 10% fruit juice or whatever,so a lot of it would be water. (For OJ, I drink sunny D and for grape juice, I drink Welchs) But that's just me and what I think,so I might be wrong.

  • @DarthHuru It is not that simple.

    How many fresh food has chemicals on it? How about GMO products like soy? How about the fact that people WASTE their diets by too much eat (I eat zero) and MILK (total waste in the diet)? Milk is the only product that the industry has dictated its content about being necessary. Humans are the only species that drinks milk after the early months of a child or young.

    It is just sad.

    milk may not have been necessary hundreds of years ago but our bodies have adapted to needing the high quantity of calcium

    to date: not a single person has died from genetically modified foods while thousands have died from organics because they weren't properly rid of contaminants

    it is easy, humans just go for what we impulsively want: fats, sweets, and salt which all cause you to want to eat more (i blame industry for that one)

  • Ha...that is the smart thing to do, when I was around 12 I didn't like tomatoes I would take a big bite of the burger and dip the tomato into the ketchup for my french fries I couldn't even taste it, but now I'm 20 and like tomatoes hehe...

  • lol...I use to dip the slice of tomato into the ketchup and eat it along with my first bite of the burger just so I can forget about it, once that happened then my burger and I would always have a wonderful time alone. HaHaHa

  • The only way I eat spinach is cooked with an omelet or breakfast crostini or with fresh sqeezed orange juice. Squeezed orange juice on spinach makes it taste very good.

  • This video's pretty good overall. Lettuce wraps are better for you than tortilla wraps, definitely.

    I feel sorry for anyone who thinks that iceberg lettuce constitutes a "salad green." It has very little in the way of nutrients and in my opinion isn't worthy of considering a "vegetable serving."

    I also disagree with putting sugar in your kids' veggies, though - it seems to me you're just setting them up for future sugar addiction. And processed sugar is bad for their growing teeth, anyway.
