I had been associated with an institution which is completely disintegrated due to the plutocratic and dictatorial policies exercised by the dominating elite. The result was a massive drops and general disgrace of the institution itself. But the controller bosses are really sadistic, not seem to care at all. Luv it when you refer back to dates in history. My Cappy is going through a major transition also. I don't know exact time of birth so I went with 12:00 p.m. 12/22/69. Sun is @ 0 degrees ~ 10th House. Coincidentally, Capricorn is in my 7th house of relationships. Do you see any significane with him being a Capricorn & being my partner? I've always been curious about that.
