  • omg. imagine if they sprayed. they stink worse than adults

  • he DOES NOT....like being in the tub. :P

  • So skunks slam dance?

  • omg, they are the cutest little guys

  • @ MaryCummins wait Why don't they spray you?

  • @robloxyman55 Descented so they can't spray.

  • @robloxyman55 skunks only spray people when they feel afraid or threatened. shes obviously not doing anything to them so they r unafraid. Plus they are young so they most likely havent been taught to fear humans

  • OOHHHH MYYYY GOSSHH THE LITTLE BABIES OHHH THE CUTENESS!!!!

  • Do they spray as babies, or do they only gain the ability once they've matured?

  • if i was you id keep these mothers in a controlled enviroment....JKJK but if one of the sprays meh itz goin in a damn kage

  • so cute

  • They are so cute! :) Some day in the distant future, when I have the essentials to care for them properly, I would absolutely love to own a pet skunk or two.

  • Why are all of your videos of them in the tub and not in their cage?

  • Do they always keep their tails perked up?

  • @TheKhrystalRose Normal relaxed position would be down but not touching the ground. They are kind of in play mode here. In play mode they practice poofing their tail, stomping their feet, showing their butts, handstanding, charging...

  • @MaryCummins Oh that makes sense :) thank you! One of my friend's ferrets will act almost like skunks when they play, it's actually kind of adorable too

  • I believe that most anyone who finds these little critters "cute..." Has never been sprayed... =/ Skunks and I... We don't have a healthy relationship anymore...

  • @TheLegendOfRandy There are domesticated skunks which come from licensed breeders in states where pet skunks are legal. These skunks are usually surgically de-scented a few weeks after they're born so they cannot spray. These skunks make good pets.

But I hear what you're saying about wild skunks. If one got onto my property and sprayed me or someone else, I'd spray it right back with some buckshot.

  • @threeby8887 Yeah, I got sprayed in my own backyard minding my own business. He barely nicked my left arm, but that was pretty much one of the worst nights of my life; and my life is pretty shitty. I underestimated it, if I had to choose between jumping into a pile of shit or get sprayed again, I would choose the shit without a second thought.

I think he still lives in the house, I have no practical ways to kill him quick and painless like. I just keep forgetting to call animal control.

  • omg!! i have the same bathtub at home! no kidding! but mines have a shower on top

  • Ooohhhh my, there's almost too much cuteness to handle!

  • But will it blend?

  • omgg adorable

  • Friend: Did you fart?? IT STINKS!!!

You: No I have two skunks in my bathroom. :)

    Friend: O_O

    hahahahahaha funny

  • Nice! One of my duties are to relocate small wild animals, and skunks are one of them. I knew they stomp to warn us to stay away, but didnt knew they can do it when playing! I once manipulated youngsters, half the size of those... at this age and up, how can you manipulate them without getting sprayed!?!?

  • SO COOL! I love skunks!

  • Aww they're so cute. I thought about being a wildlife rehabilitator, but because you don't get paid, I didn't get trained in it. Don't get me wrong, it's not about the money but you gotta pay the bills. Maybe once I retire I can do something like this. Thanks for taking the time to care about animals in need.

  • Don't let them wink at you with the one eye.

  • aklsjhfalksfoiqwe;jfkaosjdklashdja;klnsdg4eihtowsujtiweuohasohflaknslkjfnaoiutiuiouwoiqu SO CUTE I CAN'T

  • What do you do if one is accidentally frightened and sprays?

  • awww. He's a tap dancer.

  • SKUNKS ARE SOO ADORABLE!

  • @CodieBear1 and Stinky if you get close to em if they are wild and not brought up in Captivity lol.

But on the other hand they are cute little critters though! ^_^

  • STOMP THE TUBB XD

  • lol its HAPPY FEET!

  • skunks are cute i want one, and take the spray out lol

  • I bet their cage really stunk! LOL HA HA HA

  • He's dancing! Quick someone get him on dancing with the stars!

  • Awww they're stomping their feet. They're probably throwing a tantrum 'cause they want ice cream like any child does. :))

  • Very cute. I saw some skunks playing in a field like this once and I just had to stop and watch them for awhile. It was so cute. I wish I had my camera

  • has it ever farted at you?

  • I accidently read skanks.

  • Thank you for doing what you do Mary.

  • Absolutely adorable, no wonder my aunt owns two.

  • This reminds me of Bambi!

  • is one of them wearing tap dancing shoes?

  • Three cute balls :)

  • haha tubbs

  • They're so cute- but if I ever see a wild skunk stomping, I'll be sure to run away so I won't get sprayed!

  • oh my god soo cute!! wonderful little video, those guys are all fluff no stink!!

  • Do the skunks ever spray you or are you known as the person who feeds them so they wont spray you

  • naaaaaaawwwww

  • Very cute.

  • thanks for caring for the little critters.

  • where do u volunteer it looks pretty coo to help out

  • i searched baby stomping and this came up >.>

  • my baby skunk does this all the time haha. he is tan and white though.

  • pretty cute for smelly ass little boogers

  • LOL!!! That lil skunk was like "THIS IS MY LAND!!!"

  • Very cute! But after having them in captivity while they're young, aren't you worried that they won't be prepared for life as a wild animal? Or is there a way you prepare them?

  • this is amazingly cute.

  • Lol like the skunk version of a ferret war dance.

  • i found a baby skunk like this last night riding my bike. its mom was hit earlier that day and was torn in half, i was able to pick up the little guy, he was really tiny.

  • they r finding hallow parts

  • skunky Riverdance

  • if they wouldn't stink up my house...I'd want one. Lmao

  • @Saxonwist i have a baby skunk. its scent glands were removed. they honestly smell like nothing. haha. a ferret smells way more. they make amazing pets, id look into it :)

  • Cute little stinkers :P

  • Hy I would love to help . Does this volunteer work help me for college? Im in 9th grade ive been looking to do anything animal related if i can manage within my schedule to help me in my studys. I realize the shear responsibility these animals need. But I have caught snakes, iguanas, gators, ect. I have a passion for such and im really looking for an early jump start. Please reply back

  • aw such sweet little things.

  • CUTIEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!

  • omgggggggg

  • xD it looks like they're trying to bust a hole in the tub and break out or something...they're so cute :3

  • I want one!

  • OH MY GOSH!!!! They are SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO presicous skunks are my favorite animals (=^.^=) next to cats ofcourse

  • how did you take this on as a job ? or is this just something you do?

  • @JudyWonn It's a volunteer job. I don't get paid to do this. In fact I have to pay to do this. I have to pay for all their food, caging, veterinary care, gas for the car to pick them up...

  • @MaryCummins sorry i meant like did you have to train to be able to do all of this? or did it all just come naturally?

  • @JudyWonn You can volunteer at a rehab facility any time you like. If you want your own permit, you need to take some classes, buy cages, be inspected, pay a fee. Thanks.

  • @MaryCummins i volunteer for kittens (foster kittens) and they pay for the food? But not the gas xD I wish the had baby skunks! That would be awesome :) Do they take away their ability to spray? o.o

  • @SheenaMaria1 I would guess not. Those skunks are going to be released back into the wild and without their ability to spray they'd be at a large disadvantage.

  • @MaryCummins It gets so costly too doesn't it? I run a small private shelter for snakes and other exotics because all the local shelters where I live don't take in snakes. Their excuse is "We don't take animals that eat other animals." I wont feed live and I wont breed and gas my own so it usually cost me like 150 dollars for one months worth of food. But I do it because they need love too. Its nice to see other people who care as much as I do. All animals deserve love.

  • @SilvurStar Yes, it does get costly. I support my group myself. Thanks for helping animals.

  • Dear Santa....

  • if their tail if pointed up that high, you might wanna stand back :X

  • how do you become a wild animal rehabilitator?

  • I like the little moonwalk at 0:15.

  • smelly

  • They're tap dancing!

  • I know it's a defensive jesture but watching them stomp like that reminds me of my rabbit. Do a lot of mamals do that?

  • Happy feet should have been done with skunks instead of Penguins

  • Have they ever sprayed u before just wondering?

  • so cute they like stamps the tub lLOL!

  • And I thought your coons were cute! These have them beat by a mile! I've always wanted a "wild" or "exotic" pet- and until I saw how the coons rip through the house I changed my mind. Thanks for all you do! I'd like to stop working on military helicopters and weapons of death and destruction for just one day to work with wild animals :) Must be great!

  • @SVPrelude Pet raccoons are a lot of work. I would not want one. They seem to me to be as intelligent as a smart five year old kid, can open any door or cupboard and are still a wild animal. They can destroy your house and bite you viciously if they are not understood.

  • @MaryCummins Yes..my friend has one in the house living. It sometimes bites a couple people, its interesting they don't bite kids like 13 or younger they tend to be really calm and loving towards them. But adults they are more agressive, i got bit i got marks but wasn't bad. They are really territorial and cool...i wouldn't want one cause of the attitude they have but they even fetch and come by there name

  • Hi Marry!! See, I am getting a baby skunk for my birthday, and where can i get one?? My parents wanna know where and how to get a baby skunk.... please reply...

  • @marshmello1430 It's illegal to have a pet skunk in most states. These are rescued skunks that were released back to the wild. You'd need to check with your state laws to see if they're legal.

  • do they spray when they are young or if they dont when do they start spraying

  • @TheRottweilerluver They can spray at this age but they generally don't. Every once in a while I'll get an uptight one that's quick on the trigger.

  • @MaryCummins ok i was just wandering because im going to my friends house and they have a baby skunk there careing for it

  • how do you keep from getting sprayed? They are very cute.

  • How funny. They are so sweet

  • omg they are too cute!

  • I want to thank you for doing this and help wildlife in need. I love skunks I think that their defense and lifestyle is fantastic. But as a pet, I rather have my domestic cat.

  • how bad is the smell wen u get sprayed?

  • Soooo cute<3

  • Skunks don't spray at you when they were born to realise that your the mother. Basically, they don't spray to their mother. Oh and, AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!

  • im lucky im not ur naighbour cause ill be smelling things all day xD

  • Please stop thinking that animals are on this Earth to be your "pet." What Mary does is great, but it is disheartening to see so many comments about how people want to have a skunk as a pet. Skunks, like all animals, deserve to be free from human -initiated domestication.

  • @trentstrong I strongly disagree with you for the fact that you a huge and complete utter faggot and complain about the video when it has high leves of cute

  • @trentstrong DUDE!Its fine 2 have a pet. Many animals desrve 2 be free,i get tht,but like u,they wouldnt want 2 worry about how 2 get food, how 2 defend themselves, and being a pet they wouldnt worry about if they would live or die the nxt day.Animals in captivity LIVE LONGER!Evry pet is a good pet,but it depends on the person caring for the animals,She so happens to be good with these and probably more types of animals. If u believe in being free so much than why dont u live alone witout any rule

  • AWWWW I wants a pet skunk.... Other than the whole spraying thing, I'm told they're very sociable and make excellent pets - where its legal anyway.... Not legal here :(

  • *hears police sirens* Someone call the police!! They are breaking the cuteness law!! SO KAWAII!!!

  • I hear police sirens in background, I think they broke the law... Of cuteness!! We have a serious offense here!! Cuteness overload!! SO KAWAII!!!

  • I want one but my mom is scared of them

  • TOOO FRIGGIN CUTE!!! Thats one of my favorite animals because it's black and white, and its FUZZZYYY!!

  • omg they r adorable!!!i took care of some baby skunks at an animal sanctuary here

  • what do you feed them?

  • They so cute and fluffeh

  • dawwww

  • so cute!

  • adorable!

  • keep pressing 2

  • me and my friend r gonna try to do tthat kinda stuff when we r older it must be so much fun

  • Do you live and/or work at a sanctuary?

  • @DayTripperID I run a wildlife rehabilitation facility out of my house

  • @MaryCummins do you have any racoooons that your giveing away????

  • thumbs p if u heard the police or ambulance while they where stompin

  • why do they stomp?

  • I never new happy feet was a skunk !!!! O.o

  • HAPPY FEET!!!!!!!!

  • Is there a way to stop them from spraying?

  • @AceMcSpade

You can have the spray glands removed at an exotic animal veterinarian. I personally wouldn't remove them, though, because the spraying is in their instinct :(

  • @AwesomeBanana912

Yep. It's in their blood to unleash anal terror mace at potential predators!

  • @AceMcSpade yes there is a surgery how ever its expensive 1500+

  • tappa tappa tappa fatappa tappa tappa XDDD

  • Why do the skunks tap thier feet on the floor? Is that a sign of dominance or something? Also, how do they mark territory?

  • @wahttehfuk Spraying, maybe rubbing cheeks.

  • Happy feet?

  • Mary, is it bad to take their Stink Gland out and have them as a pet?

  • there so PRECIOUS!

  • get the skunks some bongo drums....apperantly they like stompping

  • you must buy alot of tomato juice

  • @TheAlmightyTaffy doesnt actually work.

  • @TheAlmightyTaffy Actually, at that age they're very unlikely to spray. I've run into a baby skunk face to face in my yard at night before, and instead of turning and spraying, we both just stared at each other before we both backed off after a number of seconds. Baby skunks don't yet have the instaspray built into their logic yet, they're more likely to run than spray, if they can spray yet at all, and some can't.

  • Cute

    @matoxhz

    Tubthumping!

    Allriiight...10points!

  • Hell yea stomp the yard

  • get him a drum set

  • @gmonday yeah, but then his brother would put his nutsack on his drum set and they'd have a bicycle fight in the yard over it.

  • HAPPY FEET ALL OVER!!! ((:

  • I almost a few yrs ago took one out of a litter of four that just happened to be near where I live but decided to take the one back! Hopefully his mom came back as well as the other three!

  • holy goodness! The little tails! They're sticking up!!! I know thats normal, but its still freakin cute!

  • So. Freakin'. CUTE.

    :D

  • Cute little stinkers.

  • awe cute, looks like he's tap dancing <3

  • It's like a cat, only it really lets you know when it's pissed 0.o

  • I get knocked down, but I get up again! You're never gonna keep me down! I get knocked down, but I get up again! You're never gonna keep me down!

10 points to whoever makes the connection. :) Love the cute skunks!

  • They are the cutest thing!!! =3 i looooooooooooove them. they are so oober fluffy

  • how do u manage to get pet skunk, sound like one of them doing an little tap dance

  • they only stomp to tell animals to get away then they hiss and then they spray

  • I have seen baby badgers do exactly the same stomping think. The old gamekeeper that trained me called it drumming. It was done to get the worms to come up or so he said. A badger version of worm charming if you like. I have only ever seen it done by one group though and a can’t find it referenced in any studies of badgers in the UK.

  • aw there sooo cute wish i had skunks T.T

  • stomp stomp skunk revolution (:

  • this is too cute :] i want a skunk xD

  • OOOH !!! i want one ! :)

  • i had a dog that twice went and sniffed a skunks butt....guess what happened

  • Stomp the yard?

  • Mary, Your a wonderful human being! These little stinky things are so cute!!

  • 0-0 anyone notice they are in a bath tub?

  • @Arthos455

Dude. Good job. They are in the bath tub so they don't get into any trouble while she cleans their cage. Lots of people do that.

  • @Piggie822 sorry i didnt know =( just looking at vids to see which extotic animal i would like more.

  • @Arthos455

Sorry, I thought it was just kind of obvious. And I think skunks are the way to go...they are basically like cats except they need different food and such. But they use a litter box, and I'm sure they aren't up your butt all the time for attention like dogs...

  • @Piggie822 No, they are. They need constant attention and supervision. They are playful and mischievous like cats but need companionship like dogs.. But their mischievous behavior is actually more like a ferret than a cat.

  • there gonna stomp the tub lmao!!!!!!!!

  • I am a skunk and you will respect mah authoritah!
