Instead of statically putting in the menu items, you should use wp_nav_menu() , That is the beauty of Wordpress. Basically, you are just ticking html in a WP theme and not taking advantage for the code so that if one enters more menu items, you would have to go to header.php. Use wp_nav_menu and it will pick it up automatically.
can you please do a video for beginners, and the basics that a beginner should know and have, and some free software you could recommend besides Dreamweaver. thnx.
@lilacdream1000 sure I can do that you can use notepad to do some of the things I showed you how to do in dreamweaver I will do more videos showing you how in notepad or the one for mac textedit.
Nice try, but maybe it is handy to know what should be in the head and what absolutly not, but yes in the file named header.php ugh!, You copy things which should absolutly never in the HEAD as shown in your tut here, this is so bad/Wrong...! (from 6:00 to 7:30 or some is totally at the wrong place) It is a part which comes after the body "stuf" (sorry can't put code here on utube)
The footer.php should also be closed with end body/html tags. You tried but kinda...ehm..failed, sorry to say.
Good tutorial but there are a few people commenting that you talk to much. I don't think you talk too much necessarily, but you do repeat yourself very frequently. You may want to look into taking a communications type class to help smooth your speaking style.

On the Mac, Coda is far superior to Eclipse or DW.
And you need to slow down, you talk way too much, silence is not a bad thing you know... let people think things over.
