I think this is my favorite movie of all times. Sometimes you have to do whats right, not what feels good, or what you really want to do, we all have sacraficed somethings for our families or significant others, and most people never experience these feeling at all, and just stay with that they know. I just watched this movie again the other day and it still hit a nerve with me.I can relate to it in the sene that we sometimes wonder what if,and then we come back to reality.Makes me reminesce back to past relationships,and of course I love Neil Diamond-Thanks skervydawg it brightened my day.!

I think this is my favorite movie of all times. Sometimes you have to do whats right, not what feels good, or what you really want to do, we all have sacraficed somethings for our families or significant others, and most people never experience these feeling at all, and just stay with that they know. Because this kind of certainty comes but once in a life time, if your lucky.

I am not with the my first love, however, after 27 yrs, we found each other again, we are both married, we met one day, he walked up and kissed me,finally after all of these years, now, I have cherish the time we have had in the past 3 months, I love him very much, someday when our families are grown, I hope to spend the rest of my life with him, I want to wake up next to him, grow old together and never spend another day apart. He was my first true love, I love him with all my heart.

A friend, who has a karaoke show, introduced me to this song a few years ago. I hadn't made the connection until tonight to Bridges. You are right it would have been perfect for the dance scene. I have to sacrifice my very own happiness for her own .
