here in amsterdam there is a holiday inn as well, and it has 3 awesome nice and fast otis elevators, european "otis 2000" fixtures and a big mirror in the back.

Not only are the buttons bland, they're complemented by the WAL*MART Off-The-Shelf ACME floor counter. A Nirvana song title explains the modernization. :)

Looks like a modernization project if you ask me. Either that or Holiday Inn decided not to go all out on it. I think the Holiday Inn reputation has gone down as of late actually.
