This entrance to St Johns Centre (MAll) can be a disgrace, people hang around the Monument and leave huge amounts of litter every day , gum stuck to the pavements, they dont give a shi.. not saying that these guys in the video do that but, we aledgedly have 'litter rangers' who do nothing, and dont bother trying to find a policeman. Perth on a weekend evening is no go. You will be abused or worse by drunks, who fill the city streets en masse.
