Thank you :) -and you are welcome! --(but not surf, that part is for you alone, just a little something on how to catch the wave(s) in the first place, rather than them rolling right over, leaving you behind in their wake).... I say let's ride!, whoo hoooo . .  and, omg!, hahahahaha . . .

so literally body surf then or ride as you will, each in their own individual ways--as long as we all enjoy the ride =)

Have you ever watched surfers surf? I never really had until I moved to California 5 years ago. First they paddle way out there, to the place / point where the waves first come in -(many have already done this and are herefore primed; some have yet to do this). The next step is to identify and align with an incoming wave and CATCH IT -(some waves are missed and are let to just roll on over). Only if the wave is not missed does an actual ride occur, this is why catching it is so important . .

The waves of higher intensity light coming at us, as represented (macrocosmically) by the sun, can be identified and aligned with by our consciousness and felt / experienced in our bodies. It is as tangible, within us as anything--everything in the physical reality . . The question, is are we consciously aware of and experiencing these waves. Are they coming in, catching our consciousness and taking us for a ride . . (is anything utterly new happening in our field of experience) . .

The glasses suit you well. I went down to mexico 6 years ago and the sun was like fire,I couldent even imagine what it feels like today. Itsounds like you are experiencing ascension symptoms. The sun is doing strange things these days.We have to all purify ourselves to make way for the light to enter into us.
