Make sure you have the 'ViMicro USB2.0 UVC PC Camera' driver installed. You should see that in Start...All Programs as the two cameras inside Minoru will not be synchronised if you use the Microsoft UVC driver.

Just a thought, maybe the PC is going to sleep automatically, or maybe the webcam is sleeping.

I can use the webcam and sometimes within minutes it starts to drift. One day, I had to uninstall and reinstall 4 times before it worked the correct way......and after a short time, it started to drift again as far as picture and audio both being off. It's a crap shoot to use this webcam.
