I knew something was wrong with Zakir Naik when he uttered some of the sayings which contradicts actual teachings. First and foremost, ppl who likes Zakir are ignorant about Islam or Have very little knowledge. Although Mr. Naik do inspire ppl whether muslim or non muslim to come to Islam but unfortunately Zakir brother you have to stop giving fatwas or interpret according to you and/or your salafi madhab.

'm not saying every Madhab is wrong or anything all I'm saying there are errors which contradict Hadiths in all 4 madhabs but especially hanafi, so thats why all the Imams may Allah be pleased with them said that whatever they say which contradicts the sunnah then they should stick to the sunnah, read that book call "The Prophets(pbuh) prayer described" it answers all these questions regarding madhabs in the introductions. @hafizzaid Well, stealing, drinking, cursing and everything else is at least considered bad by people but many people are proud of working in banks. Therefore, riba is not considered bad by many people unlike other evils. That is why I'm saying its important to tell people how much big a sin is dealing with interest. If Tablighis preach other things, they should also preach this very important thing. Many people don't know how bad is riba and therefore do not feel guilty dealing with it!

@PersonOfBook I think many Muslims know that dealing with interest is a major sin. A person usually commits a sin for two reasons. 1. Lack of Imaan and 2. Can't control temptations. Once you work on one's imaan everything will fall in place. If one strongly believes that he will be taken into account for all the actions he did, the fear of Allah will stop him from sins such as riba. Again, I completely agree with what your saying. Every Muslim who knows the dangers of riba must stress this issue

The TJ setup is good. What's the problem with them calling people towards the mosque? The ultimate goal is not 40 days. The ultimate goal is to gain Allah's pleasure through dawah. You can differ in the way they do their dawah but that doesn't mean it's wrong. Your doing a nice job with your dawah by trying to cause people to hate tableegh. Tj's don't get involved in such things. They want the ummah to be united. May Allah accept the efforts of tableegh and forgive their shortcomings.

I have much respect for Dr. Zakir Naik. Mashallah Allah has blessed him a lot. . His specialty his comparitive religion. No one dares to debate with him outside our religion. However you have to understand that he is not a scholar. It is not right for him to pass out Fathawa. I understand he probably memorised the Quran and all the sahee hadith books, but the knowledge of Fiqh is different field. If going in jowla every week is a bida'h then the same ruling should apply to sunday school.

I disagree with the the statment that Tableeghi jamat is secetarian. If you have spend time with Tableeghi Jamat, they say follow your own muslak (shafi, hanafi, humbali) there is no where I have heard from them that you have follow only hanafi faith or Deobandi muslak. All there invite is aroud Tawheed, Rasalat and Akhirat. thats it.

i am not agree with it TJ is only way in this era to make your imaan strong .of course it is not written in quran aur hadith about 3 day 40 days and 3 chillah but in doing so a person can get many fazilat like namaz with jamat with takbir ulla to regular learn quran and hadith to know about sunnah and apply sunnah in your life styl . one speech is not enough to change ones life into sunnah and strong imaan it is t.j by wich all class of people can give dawat to all class of people
