@theyeatusdad What I would do is use Cain and Abel then scan the network I was connected to. This will give you a list of all IP addresses on that network. Then right click and select resolve host name. you will get results .like: Dad's Pc, B's Ipod, etc. It will have IP & Mac address listed. Just choose your device and shut it down. Pretty simple really..

With CMD you can Control Fully your computer withotu any security also like, you cannot remove this file due it's using right now. it won't say, directly it will remove if you enter the command for that.

ok people, lets not confuse local IP's with public IP's.. netstat shows all of the connections to and from your computer.. 127.0.0.1 is your loopback address, so if you try shutting this down, you will probably shut yourself down.. and all ip's on the left side are local to your computer.. not local to your network.. try a ping scan, ICMP timestamp request scan, (or a more robust type) if you want to find out who is on your network. then proceed to shut them down if you are feeling so inclined

hello if you want to do this undetected on youre schoool you need some things.

1.download program and hide your ip on youre laptop.

2.bring youre laptop to the school and connect it to the network with cable and then type

netstat -n and after that you type shutdown -i beacuse the admin on youre school network have probely blocke this command on youre chool pc but it works on laptop:)
