This song is about being young, u dont like older putting un down, u want to die young the line "Hope I DONT die before I get old" (which does not make sense, basically contridicts the song) isn't in the WHo version, its supose to be "Hope I die before I get old" THat line is what made this one of ROlling Stones worst covers of all time
