Shutter Island is real masterpiece - great acting, directing, producing, everything. Some moments were even scary. Leonardo DiCaprio is real master (Leo acts even better than Johnny Depp). Ben Kingsley and Mark Ruffalo were great as well but I don't understand why so many people found the ending unpredictable. I predicted the ending after first 20-30 minutes. This movie is masterpiece but not as unpredictable as The Others, The Game, Identity, Fight Club, Cube 2 or The Prestige
if i compare ' shutter island' with ' fight club ' and ' a beutiful mind ' they are all too bored and same in the end of the stories . but in fact , these are still entertaining and worth watching since i was tricked to the end which i didn't expect .

definitely better with scorsese, dicaprio and ruffalo than with pitt and wahlberg. pitt and wahlberg are great actors in their own right, but scorsese and leo are definitely an iconic pair.

definitely better with scorsese, dicaprio and ruffalo than with pitt and wahlberg. pitt and wahlberg are great actors in their own right, but scorsese and leo are definitely an iconic pair.
