  • @dmoses16 I will tell you why. When you go below parallel, you go in to a "rest mode", meaning the stress goes from your shoulders and more to your triceps. It is the "press" movement that stresses your shoulder. You train your front / middle deltoids in most compound movements, so i think it´s a good idea to cut back on a exorcise like the shoulder press, because when you press from below parallel, there is a huge preasure on your deltoids. Upright rows DO hit both trapz and deltoids

  • Is 4 sets really enough for one workout?

    If you say this is true I will definately immediately drop my sets.

  • @pathfinderdude08 if your name implies what i think it does(airborne) do about 70%-80% of ur max about 6 sets 6-12 reps , then on your last excersise do a burn out to muscle failure then the next day take feel and if you need to adjust for more or less do so , Intesity is the key

  • @pathfinderdude08 NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! people who do 3-4 sets will not gain muscle as quick or efficiently as a person who does 5 or even 6. The only reason why you see big ass dudes doing 3 sets is because ther maintaining. If you want to gain muscle you must workout in quantity. 40 sets per gym day= 8 exercises at 5 sets each. people who say they do 3 i reply you should do more exercises then

  • @survival3three are u a fucking idiot? 40 sets per day? damn bitch u overkilling like shit, mate i do 6-8 sets per muscle so i do about 16 sets a day and i gain muscle just as fast as anyone else, ur muscle only rcover for 48 hours there is no need to do massive amounts of sets because it doesnt make u recover faster

  • thanks. could you also show a wider shot of your first workout in this vid? The sitting down one - not sure what it's called. I just want to see how you sit - the bench looks a little inclined but not too sure - a wider shot would confirm this.

  • @TriniChula84 If you're experiencing any back pain, then you should try strengthening your lower back muscle. I only know of two exercises to do this. The Bird-Dog and the Superman. That should either help or eliminate your back pain. Getting breast reduction is blasphemy!

As an Exercise Physiologist I'm not familiar with these two terms, however, lower back injuries can be further damaged by prescribing movements to un-experienced people. I would be careful about offering advice to people experiencing lower back pain.
