@Alaskapopo So that is a pretty high percentage of criminals out of 300 people when they say they screen for the proper applicant. Third class group at best. You are the one who is ignorant, ignoring the fact that the APD has problems. Heavy duty oversight is the answer. They should be put on a shorter leash.
Actually no that is a very low percentage less than 1%. I know a fair number of APD officers and they are great people. You need to pull your head out of your ass. Sounds like you're bitter and have an axe to grind. No doubt you have been on the police blotter thanks to an APD officer doing his job.
@Alaskapopo No I have not been in your corporate blotter popo girl. No axe to grind, just holding you to your statements that the police are super humans. after all your company should not have its own screening process with a failure rate that high in only 300 people. The police violate their oaths of office routinely. Too many to list here. With their training should be classes on the Constitution not just code and statutes which are repugnant to the Constitution.
@akmrmike Never said anyone was super human. You seem to want that standard and its not realisitc. APD does a good joh. Its obvious you have a huge axe to grind. Also you don't know much about constitutional law based on your posts.
@Alaskapopo@akmrmike sorry guys but I just don't get you conversation. unlike you guys I did work very close with the police force in Alaska. I witness and video first hand the amazing people they have working for the department. I don't live in Alaska anymore but most of my life was there 20 years. And yes that may be bad and not so good elements in the police so is in any other branch of government.
@Alaskapopo@akmrmike in fact I safely can said that the police force in Anchorage is the least of our concerns due to the public record of our current political force and in ongoing legal battles due to corruption.
