they use the elevator hole , when the constructions is over they dismantle in pieces and put down with another small crane, that crane they use after to clean the windows.

umm, no. the person who made this video had to keep the camera in the same place for however long it went on for, they had to take the photos. you make a good point though, as the web cam was very patient as well

and they had to be anchored to the highrise every day for years and crews had to come in using copters and cranes to bring food to the camera person. it was also known that they made many bird friends and well after they forgot about his bathroom periods he just started pooping on everyone below :D takes dedication to be a skyline camera person!
