oh sweet truck man and how red is your neck exactly? i'v seen a STI get through worse mud than that going 60. I guess you just have to be an inbred meth addict to enjoys watching a lifted jimmy get stuck in the mud...
@iniviate I would actually put a bigger turbo on it then tune it then take that STi to an auto cross or to a strip or even to a car show. But if I had an s10 like that I would first put a v8 in it so it is actually capable then do what is being done in this video. Every one has their own preference in vehicles.. and people need to respect that.
@nateh2012 I've already commented about how drag racing sucks compared to mudding. Autocross is slightly better, but not by much. I've also already replied about the motor and why it stayed as long as it did.... and even put a link in the video (at the 0:16 second mark) showing when it eventually did get a new powerplant....
@lukekrenz8888 Hitting a mud hole 3 feet deep with speed is just gunna get you broken parts, and a lot of flack from anyone standing close enough to see it.
@brokentapedeck The owner has built his own trucks in the past and while his best friend built this truck, he has made many modifications to it since this video. I'm curious though, how would you have driven this truck to get through that hole?
I just can't fathom someone spending that much money on a rig and then going with a stock power plant LOL. That's some serious rubber to turn with just a V6. Good thing he swapped that Cummins in there. That thing must have been geared like a tractor.
@KTwisted10 Typical internet hero reply. Most of my posts have grammatical errors, especially insults. I like “dumbass” too, even though it’s not technically a word... it's youtube, i don't really care. Face it, you’re out of ammo and just replying to be annoying. Go back to your video games, kid.
@iniviate What I think is funny is that you keep calling me "kid".. I'm not. But you're right, it's youtube. I don't really care either, and although this was fun, now it's just something new to pass the time each day. "Hmmm.... I wonder what iniviate posted on his video today?? Let's go check..." Some would say I have no life, which isn't true, but I will admit that there is very little to do. But if I'm being annoying, it's like you said, I really don't care.
@mg9895 As i have posted several times now, The owners previous truck was powered by a built big block chevrolet. high maintenance, overheating, stressful, etc.... The plan with this build was reliable, stress free, quiet, fun, with working A/C. The v6 accomplished all of those goals perfectly..... and when the owner eventually decided that he wanted more power, he swapped in a cummins in place of the V6.
@DrDavisAKADoubleD Search "red93yj s10 chuckstrucks" in google and it's the first one. It's on a board we don't go on anymore and i don't remember how much, if any of the cummins stuff is on there, but you can see the truck go from stock to what it is in this video. It's currently getting a different cummins installed in the rear, i'll put up some video of that here in a couple weeks.
Alright.. vacation over. Good to be back, now where was I?? Oh yeah..that's right. Pretty sure judging from this video, that I know more about offroading and building a rig than you. This means that in reality, you're the ignorant one. The proof of this is the video. Have another click..
i dont think its a problem with the motor it has the torq to turn the wheels probably because it doesnt weigh hardly nothing idk just a thought. plus he went to slow goin in
That's why I made my original "off roading" comment. As for the termnology.. I really don't know what to tell you. If you're insulted my some wording, words, phrases, etc.. all I can say is get some thicker skin. I tried to make it easier for you using the media example but I guess even that hurts your feelings. So.. I suppose a dose of "Man the Fuck Up" is what needs to be prescribed here.
@KTwisted10 ... and you'd be wrong, which isn't something new for you. Just because i comment on something doesn't mean it bothers me. just like you don't bother me in the least. i'll continue to point out your flawed logic every day.
Actually.. you do bring up a good point. Every time I click on this it does help your video. You got me on that one.. but at this point like I said earlier, when I'm told there was a response, I natually have to check it out and try to get the last word in. Just my nature. It's actually pretty funny how far this has gone. Anyways.. the proper "driving technique" would be to avoid the hole and NOT get stuck. But then.. that defeats the entire purpose of the truch huh?
fair enough i suppose i'm just amazed that little what 4.3? was able to spin thoe tires at all.I guess with the proper gears anything is possible. The cummins swap however a great choice.

The v6 accomplished all of those goals perfectly..... and when the owner eventually decided that he wanted more power, he swapped in a cummins in place of the V6.
@TheGammalight Typically a similar sized truck backs right up to the stuck truck, so nobody has to get down in the mud. That's exactly what happened in this video.
@iniviate that's the only idea you came up with to help him out? What.. no other creative juices flowing?? Here, lemme give you an example.. someone asks where you get the money for this, instead of being a dick, tell him you got a job, saved up money and built this rig over time with the belief that you could achieve your final project.. heck you could have even said that your rich daddy paid for it all.. just be a fucking dick like you keep doing.
@KTwisted10 Why would i help him out when he's insulting people? he started out with "how do hill billys get the money for this shit?" ..... that's an insult. he thinks he's better than the owner of the truck and that the truck is crap. Why would i give him any advice? once again, you're a moron.
@iniviate If you took the phrase "hill billy" as an insult... that's your problem. As far as i'm concerned.. it's a term. Just like redneck. Both terms are used all the time in the media, so I'm taking it as a description, not an insult. "Hill Billy Hand Fishin'" "Redneck Rocket Scientists".. maybe you should look in the mirror first before you spout out the word moron. That way when you throw words around, you'll be throwing them in the right direction.
@musicfromnick I'm 16 and I have a 3/4 ton mud bogger than I paid for, built up, and fucked around in. Being a hill billy has nothing to do with money. You just gotta be smart when you buy shit.
@musicfromnick Well a farm, properly managed can make a million plus, if they build these trucks, rich city kids will pay thousands to get a lift kit put on, and if their a blue collar worker, it's a hobby and they probably work their asses off to buy parts everyweek and build over a year or two. Hillbillies work for what they want
@Foxracer75 The owner of this truck lives in a normal neighborhood and has an average job. You're right though, there is a lot to be saved by doing and making things yourself.
From :30 on i was thinking "You're an Idiot, You're an Idiot, You're an Idiot, You're an Idiot, You're an Idiot, You're an Idiot, You're an Idiot, You're an idiot."

@KTwisted10 I realize it might be hard for you to get stuck on a curb at the mall, but we actually wheel around here. If you can't get stuck, you're not trying hard enough.
@paintballer653 LMAO.. .really? That's your response? This is one of those times where I was just surfin youtube and wound up here.. but no worries.. go back to playin in your mud holes...
@KTwisted10 Why do you keep coming back? Don't you have a rock you can smash your differential into about 20 times at full throttle before finally stacking some rocks, just so you can get over it and think you're actually doing something?
@iniviate I keep coming back for a few reasons. A) youtube sends me an email letting me know someone replied, so naturally i have to read what was said, B) I hate not having the last word, and C) it just simply cracks me up because I'm getting a rise out of people. Frankly, i could really care less, but it's just something to do i suppose. And by the way.. if i was retarded enough to "smash my diff 20 times".. I probably would have liked this video and given it a thumbs up!! ;-)
@samsungfan1041 Drag strip? Are you serious? Let's review the average night at the track..... You get to sit in the staging lanes all fawking night and get to run the car maybe 3 times? 30 to 40 seconds of run time a night?... and that's IF nobodys pile of crap oils down the track. .... Yea, sounds like a real blast. Thanks anyway, I'll stick to my pussy sport.
@iniviate Funny, if you pick a week night you can hot lap your car all night long with minimal wait time. Yeah fri, and weekends you'll sit, but the same is true for going to amusement parks. If you want to get time in you don't go during prime hrs lol.
@1981gMachine I described the average wednesday night test & tune around here. Weekends or events are worse. I try to avoid amusement parks, but sometimes my kids will talk me into it.
@steeworker98 It's the internet. Stop taking everything so seriously. you ford guys are too easy to rile up. Maybe it's the lack of horsepower in your lives that makes you all moody, i don't know.
@iniviate no ain't the internet bud I do have one .40 over edelbroch performer aluminum intake Holley 750 dual line double pump Crane cam roller rockers aluminum cylinder heads by trick flow etc. I don't lie and say I have this or that.
If you have the money to build a truck up like that why would you not just go ahead and at a minimum put a small block in it? leaving an underpowered v6 in it just doesnt make sense to me.
@gotgears3444 The owners previous truck was powered by a build big block chevrolet. high maintenance, overheating, stressful, etc.... The plan with this build was reliable, stress free, quiet, fun, with working A/C. The v6 accomplished all of those goals perfectly..... and when the owner eventually decided that he wanted more power, he swapped in a cummins in place of the V6.
@iniviate I have nothign against s10, I worded it wrong. All I ment by it was that's the first I've seen a s10 used for offroad what not, usually like a silverado.
red necks get dumber and dumber every year. hey jim..... hey bob........ lets see how big of tires i can put on my truck. god you guys are fucking morons
@iniviate $60 to get stuck in a video game and break parts and completely rebuild vehicle(s)... how much did this ^ truck cost?? Is it street legal? How much to fix if it gets stuck? How much does maintenance cost? Registration? Insurance? Gas?.. All that can buy a lot of video games...and snacks.. and a sound system.. couch.. tv.. and the best part?? No mud to clean up. No hassle. If i get pissed cuz I'm stuck. Power off. Done. Then watch youtube vids of retards on my 55 inch HDTV.
@iniviate Kid?? Are you serious? You don't know me at all LOL. You're exactly what's wrong with society. You think you know everything and you're too ignorant to realize any different but you won't even bother trying to learn. Keep 'em coming genius.. i can do this forever. Responding to your posts is easier than letting you get stuck in a mudhole.

@paintballer653 LMAO.. .really? That's your response? This is one of those times where I was just surfin youtube and wound up here.. but no worries.. go back to playin in your mud holes...
KTwisted10 3 weeks ago
@KTwisted10 Why do you keep coming back? Don't you have a rock you can smash your differential into about 20 times at full throttle before finally stacking some rocks, just so you can get over it and think you're actually doing something?
iniviate 3 weeks ago
@iniviate I keep coming back for a few reasons. A) youtube sends me an email letting me know someone replied, so naturally i have to read what was said, B) I hate not having the last word, and C) it just simply cracks me up because I'm getting a rise out of people. Frankly, i could really care less, but it's just something to do i suppose. And by the way.. if i was retarded enough to "smash my diff 20 times".. I probably would have liked this video and given it a thumbs up!! ;-)

fucking mud pussy, go to a drag strip or a race track were the real men are.
samsungfan1041 3 weeks ago
@samsungfan1041 Drag strip? Are you serious? Let's review the average night at the track..... You get to sit in the staging lanes all fawking night and get to run the car maybe 3 times? 30 to 40 seconds of run time a night?... and that's IF nobodys pile of crap oils down the track. .... Yea, sounds like a real blast. Thanks anyway, I'll stick to my pussy sport.
iniviate 3 weeks ago 8
@iniviate Funny, if you pick a week night you can hot lap your car all night long with minimal wait time. Yeah fri, and weekends you'll sit, but the same is true for going to amusement parks. If you want to get time in you don't go during prime hrs lol.
1981gMachine 2 weeks ago
@1981gMachine I described the average wednesday night test & tune around here. Weekends or events are worse. I try to avoid amusement parks, but sometimes my kids will talk me into it.

@iniviate its a outlet more than mild and I ain't riled up about nothin. Just telling you the truth.
steeworker98 3 weeks ago
Put down your pride, I don't care if it is a Ford or Chevy or Dodge, if its bad ass then its bad ass. If it sucks ass then it just does.
steeworker98 3 weeks ago 2
@steeworker98 It's the internet. Stop taking everything so seriously. you ford guys are too easy to rile up. Maybe it's the lack of horsepower in your lives that makes you all moody, i don't know.
iniviate 3 weeks ago
@iniviate lol. he said nothing about ford being best in that comment...
GIofUSA 3 weeks ago

SamN7777 3 weeks ago
@SamN7777 3.5:1 in the transfer case and 24:1 in the axles.
iniviate 3 weeks ago
If you have the money to build a truck up like that why would you not just go ahead and at a minimum put a small block in it? leaving an underpowered v6 in it just doesnt make sense to me.
gotgears3444 3 weeks ago
@gotgears3444 The owners previous truck was powered by a build big block chevrolet. high maintenance, overheating, stressful, etc.... The plan with this build was reliable, stress free, quiet, fun, with working A/C. The v6 accomplished all of those goals perfectly..... and when the owner eventually decided that he wanted more power, he swapped in a cummins in place of the V6.

iniviate 1 month ago 10
@iniviate $60 to get stuck in a video game and break parts and completely rebuild vehicle(s)... how much did this ^ truck cost?? Is it street legal? How much to fix if it gets stuck? How much does maintenance cost? Registration? Insurance? Gas?.. All that can buy a lot of video games...and snacks.. and a sound system.. couch.. tv.. and the best part?? No mud to clean up. No hassle. If i get pissed cuz I'm stuck. Power off. Done. Then watch youtube vids of retards on my 55 inch HDTV.

You think you know everything and you're too ignorant to realize any different but you won't even bother trying to learn. Keep 'em coming genius.. i can do this forever. Responding to your posts is easier than letting you get stuck in a mudhole.
KTwisted10 2 weeks ago
@KTwisted10 Oh wise master, school me... what am i wrong about on here? No truck short of 1500hp is going to get across the hole in this video.
