Or just set up a Linux FTP server at home using a Linux distribution, FileZilla , and "vsftpd" . All for FREE , and it's very easy to do. You save tons of money doing it yourself ,and it only take ten minutes to set up.
if you make another vid, you should show how to share a folder (such as pictures) with someone that doesn't actually have Dropbox installed, for linking to family members or friends.
I have a DROPBOX account. I want to keep my Credit card,, Passport, DL # etc in the droopbox, and I really don't want my my laptop to have this information in case I loose the laptop, and some jerk is able to access my data to illegal purposes. So what do I do. I just want my information in the clouds, not on my PC. Of course I have an external encrypted file where I store the same information. So what are my options? Appreciate your help. By the way, good presentation.
@BIGBPRODUCTIONS100 Nope, since your files are both on your computer AND online you don't have to have your computer on. This also means that if your hardrive crashes, all the files are still going to be online for you to redownload. It's a great backup utility

Do you have to leave your Mac on all the time, in order to access files, on your Mac from your phone ?
