  • I have been informed that some people viewing the DVD do not use the menu system properly and think that there are only 6 hand techniques shown on, is this the case 4 u. In the technique section there are 3 pages, under where it says menu there is an arrow, if you push that arrow it takes you to the next page then you can use the arrows to go forward and backward, where you will see routines in prone, supine, cupping and more hand techniques. Can you let me know if you have had this problem!
