@tumhum1 no i am Nepali by nationality. But i am Kirati by race. Kirat means Mongoloid race. The term Kirat is found in texts such as Veda written 5000+ years ago. Kirat and Chinese have strong connection since early times.

@tumhum1 yes my dear i am Mongolian. actually Mongolian is for people who came from country of Mongolia. The correct term is Mongoloid race. Mongoloid race refers to oriental Asian, i.e chinky eyes, black silky hair, less facial/body hair, yellow skin and so on. The oldest name given to Mongoloid race are Kiratas which cane be found in veda and other ancient texts. The native of the Himalayas are Kiratas. King Yalambar was the first King of Nepal and he was Kirati. check this ==> " Yalambar Day"
