Dear "junk:" You'd better start preparing now for your heavenly interview ... where you explain to God how/why his OT law is so unnaturally cruel and ill-spoken. Furthermore, unless you refute all the other national law systems of the world, you'll need to explain why you've disagreed ... only with God's civil ethical system!

Only Calvinist loons believe in killing people for breaking the Law of Moses. True Christians know (1) Jesus nailed the Law of Moses to the cross, (2) Jesus did away with the death penalty for religious infractions when he said "let he who is without sin cast the first stone" -- newsflash, Rushdoony, everyone has sin except infants, and infants can't throw very far.

I think you should phrase it this way:

"Romans 13 does not belong in the New Testament because it says the civil magistrate bears the sword and punishes evil doers ..."

And ...

"The Pelagian view of the non-existence original sin is the correct view and all others Christians who believe in original sin are in error. In fact, no sin or crime should ever be punished in the way God's Law prescribes. We should rely on man's ideas instead ..."

That would clarify your antinomian views.

The moral law is perpetual and only the ceremonial and judicial law were taken away. if you believe that there is no the Law of Moses any more, then why do you disallow murder. If you search the scripture, it is clear that civil punishment and lawful war is the exception to the commandment of not murder. Punishment of unrepented terrible heresy and criminal is absolutely lawful and is the duty of a magistrate.
