I'm doing this after 6 months of not training and seeing great results!! I was depressed and gained a LOT of weight after a knee injury, this got me out of the stupour - on week 5 and LOVING IT!! No this ain't for pros, nor for serious bodybuilders - if you're into that seriously, hire a PT.
