Now they can read them, they know the calendar does not end in 2012 and that the Maya never predicted the end of the world or any of the crazy stuff you can read on the internet. It did well and the Jaguar Stones series was purchased by Egmont USA who re-edited the book before publishing it in huge numbers in paperback. The re-edit gave us the opportunity to bring the Maya information up to date, as archaeologists are constantly making new discoveries.
