  • Just one word...funny

  • cathy lee crosby was the best wonder woman ever becuase she was like a mixture of a detective-james bond type of character which was just fantastic! lynda carter is nothing but a brainless sex symbol with superpowers.

  • Say what you like about, but Cathy Lee Crosby is my preference as Wonder Woman, even over Lynda Carter. As for those noises at the end, it sounds like a bunch of little bugs are coming in to swarm her...actually, that kind of scene would be nice. :)

  • That was, without a doubt, one of the weirdest death traps I have ever seen. I applaud the villainous mastermind behind it, for creating a scenario equally as valid as both a fiendish obstacle for heroes and performance art. I mean, every part of it is brilliant. How do you get a hero to just walk into a room? Show them something so absolutely nonsensical that they have no choice but to ignore their survival instinct and go right in.

  • For the first 20 seconds, I thought this was going to be a beastiality porn.

  • i remember seeing this asa movie on tv with ricardo monteban i think... she fought a black chick

  • Lynda Carter owns Wonder Woman!

  • Cathy Lee Crosby was and is nice to look at,but she doesn't resemble the Wonder Woman we all know and love in the slightest.

  • This was done during the time period in which Wonder Woman had no powers in the comic books. They returned her powers in the comics and came out with the Lynda Carter version shortly after this.

  • Rule 1: Stay out of the Donkey Annihilation Chamber.

Rule 2: Do not touch the multicolored diarrhea.

  • I remembered this wrong, I thought it was kate mulgrew lol!

  • Wonder Woman?? Who the smeg was that? & what happened to that poor donkey? & why was she about to be smothered by ice cream?

  • An energy beam. Recycled Star Trek sound effects

  • I think you're right. Can't believe I commented on/watched this video...must have been drinking that night!! By the way, love the 60's LSD / biker movie music!

  • When the hell was this blonde girl ever Wonder Woman??? She dont look like Wonder Woman and from what I see from this has no powers. And that costume?!? YUCK! This is a FAR cry from Lynda Carter

  • @wonderwoman49264

Its Cathy Lee Crosby....in a very poor attempt at Wonder Woman....Even Lynda Carter said in an interview that this movie was cheesy and not well done....The wrong costume, the wrong hair color, basically just plain wrong. I was a small child when this movie came out and I said even then, this is NOT Wonder Woman!

  • Hollywood nonsense. Sigh.

  • That;s Cheryl Teigs, right?

  • @DoshUnScripted

    OOOOOOOOOOOOPs... Cathy Lee Crosby!

  • Oh my God, that is terrible!

  • I've heard of a Car Wash....but a Donkey Wash?

  • wtf? lol

The part with the donkey was very erotic.

  • wtf? lol

  • I always wondered why the goop was three different colors.

  • why didnt she just kick it like that in the first place?

  • @redwerr to me it looked like she did not have anything to brace her self with till the wall of goop got close enough to push off of.

  • Never seen this. Hope to never see it again!

  • Totally a butter face! Dayum. Glad Linda Carter got the job.

  • wow. That villain should have invested in a better door frame

  • Always loved this costume, and you hafta appreciate the red, 'white' and blue mud as the only suitable trap/backdrop for Wonder Woman, lol...

  • i like lynda carter wonder woman better

  • I saw this on TV around 1979ish. I saw "Wonder Woman" listed in the TV Guide, and was always excited whenever a live action super hero was on.

My heart sank when I saw it wasn't the Lynda Carter Wonder Woman, who at least looked exactly like the comics and Super Friends version.

I was also puzzled as to why Mr. Roarke from Fantasy Island was doing here.

The real Wonder Woman grew up around females, and could care less if her costume looks like a swimsuit.

  • THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN SHOT FOR THIS

  • I remember this horrible movie when I was 11 years old. I was like WTF did they do to WW???..LOL

  • Holy multicolored crap!

  • am i the only one that would let that wall press me into the glass and crush me and slime me? i wish she got pressed and dirty.

  • She's like a country western halabaloo stage performer in the costume. just give her a banjo.

  • @rubyminx11 That is cold blooded!

    "Just give her a banjo"

You wrong. You know you wrong.

That's almost as bad as what "In Living Color" did to Paula Abdul years ago...

"My thighs are spreading and my butt is real wide

Can't disguise it, got nowhere to hide

    How can I look skinny

    Promise of a thin me"

  • Whats with the technocolor ooze on the walls?

  • looks like she was in my toilet after a trip to taco bell... a donkey, too? wtf? hate the track suit, trying to look like 6 million dollar man, i guess

  • David Lynch presents The NEW Adventures of Wonder Woman.

  • That was the 1974 version of WW. The costume was designed like that because they didn't want her to be too promiscuous. It was a family show after all and TV censors were itching to taboo everything. Crosby didn't do the thing and then they got Carter to play in 1975. WB convinced a lot of people that sexy reels in viewership and so Lynda got to wear the original suit.

  • What's with the costume? She looks more like Evel Kneival's wife.

  • @Apophisguard Right. I think this was based on the comics set where she was called Agent Diana Prince. It was a terrible time for the Amazon.

  • Tonight on Lost...

    Wonder Woman discovers Donkey Station.

  • a donkey and a blonde in a glass booth...

  • Why the hell isn't she naked???

  • Comment removed

  • What was this from?

  • Watch Cathy Lee Crosby on the 70's TV show called "That's Incredible"

  • She sucks as wonder woman

  • those were some pretty colors coming down those walls

  • what the hell is it? molten porriage ?

  • this wonder woman sucks, cause it isn't Wonder Woman

  • thjis was a horrible movie

  • Lynda Carter was the best...brunettes f**king rocks...

  • I remember watching this, back in the day. It isn't Lynda Carter, but it wasn't that bad. I remember my only complaint was that she (Crosby) wasn't a brunette.

  • There won't be a Wonder Woman like Lynda Carter.

  • awful!!!

  • And now Miss California will demonstrate her outstanding Mime techniques.

  • Why the HELL did she wait until the last minute to get out??

  • Does anyone have the movie where Sam Elliot portrayed Evel Knievel. I think it was an ABC movie of the week.

  • I think it was filmed but never aired.

  • No, it aired I remember seeing it. It was was one of those ABC Monday Night Movies. I remember the scene where he jumped over some Volkswagons and they were exploding as he sailed over them. That's all I remember about it.

  • I believe you're thinking of George Hamilton. He co-starred with Sue Lyon. It aired in 1971.

  • No, I remember an ABC movie of the week where Sam Elliot played Evel Knievel. I've seen and have the GH Evel Knievel. I remember a scene where he was jumping some cars and they were rigged to blow up as he jumped over them. Anyone else remember??!!

  • Good God Almighty, this is bad!

  • Yeah, pretty bad. But I don't think it is as bad as William Dozier's 1960's Borscht Belt Wonder Woman.

  • Ya the music is very Barbarella-ish! If anyone has this movie of Wonder Woman I hope they post it cause its not on DVD and its not that bad! :)

  • Perhaps the weirdest death trap ever concocted for a tv show. The music is good though.

  • dig the music though and the melting wall is tripped out

  • was this not the poorest attempt to make a movie about ww, god you know its on its way but iam sure hollywood is working on yet another,, look at all the 70 remakes we have had,, but iam sorry no one will be able to do it like Mrs Carter did no matter how cheesie it was at times

  • I thought that was donkey poop at first...lol

  • I cannot think of this ladys name but she was actually the first wonder women. But lynda carter did a bettere job playing wonder woman

  • That was Cathy Lee Crosby...

She did her best, I suppose...

  • This version of WW is dull. The costume is all wrong. Didn't the director ever READ WW comics?

  • Apparently not.

  • stick to tennis and "that's incredible"

  • wow this was certainly an else world Wonder Woman. This Wonder Woman exsited on Earth 33 acording to obsessed fan enclopedia of everything Wonder Woman.

  • There is a panel with this version of WW and Debra Winger's Wondergirl in the last issue of the DC maxi-series "INFINITY CRISIS," with the ladies fighting the villians of that Earth(Per Degaton of that Earth).

  • I liked that version of WW...possibly for all the wrong reasons! She was no Lynda Carter-but the film had a 70s naff chic about it that was watchable.

  • GHET-TO

  • what are all the noises right before she escapes?

  • I wonder if that jackass in this was the studio exec that put Cathy lee Crosby in that stupid costume. Lynda Carter was, will and always be WonderWomen to me!

  • this is a hot mess 4 real! reminds what happens when movie studios stray away from the original story like halle berry's catwoman. YIKES! well, at least this ww version featured a character that mirrored nubia, ww's black sister!

  • red white and goo :)

  • this take on WW is so cheap trashy and fun

Cathy Lee Crosby's outfit is a mashup of Bowie's Ziggy Stardust look & The B-52's

I remember loving this so much , especially the Artie Butler MOOG soundtrack

    thanx for posting this

  • I always thought it was the donkeys colored shit coming down that wall.

  • i always luved this scene

  • oh no killer colored oatmeal... nooo.. now thats incredible!! lol

  • I remember this! Now, you know Lynda Carter's WW would have just kicked the glass in!!!

  • I think someone slipped Wonder Woman some bad acid.

  • Hey, it was the '70s... who knows what the writers were on when they came up with this?

  • What the hell was that!?!?!?

  • Wonder Woman Trapped alright. Trapped in a cheesy, low budget POS tv show. Jeezus.

  • I can say I do love her outfit. But it's not really 'cause I think of Wonder Woman. Instead, it's like something I remember worn by Wasp, even though I have seen Wonder Woman in the comics wearing longer outfits too.

  • I love the slime running down the wall...Kind of like the slime from You Can't Do That On Television.

  • what are all those noises towards the end?

  • she always wore red white or blue clothes if she was not wearing that jogging wonder woamna outfit

  • I understood that the comic changed then. I just don't understand why they couldn't put a brunette wig on her at least. It's the same problem I've had with Batgirl (Alicia Silverstone), and Catwoman (Michelle Pfeiffer) albeit Michelle did a great job nonetheless. These characters are brunettes, not blonde. Seems like a simple thing to do.

  • Cathy Lee Crosby is no Lynda Carter!!

  • Wow, a lot of perverts will go to bed happy after watching this! ;)

  • Lynda Carter was obviously better, but the thing i remeber about this (I was about 8 or 9) was that funky ass track playing during the action scenes!

  • beleve it or not cathy lee crosby is the ORIGINAL. this version of Wonder Woman was actually based on DC Conic's version of the character at the time (a non-powered one) but the ratings success caused ABC to commision the filming of "The New original Wonder Woman". This tele-movie recast Wonder Woman with Lynda Carter and was tyhe pilot for the series AND version more familarly known - dunno why the first Wonder Woman (Ms. Crosby) had to be blonde though

  • i have this on tape it was cool when it first aired. kathy lee from thats incredible, an andrew prine from "v", as well as ricardo montalbon from star trek.

  • I remember watching this on TV as a kid....I must have been about 8 then....even so - I knew it was bad.

  • This early attempt at Wonder Woman gets rapped a lot for abandoning the costume and the look of the comics, but in fact the comics had in fact also done that for a number of years prior to this film being made. WW only started to wear her tights again about 6 months before this film was aired. Not saying that makes it a good film, but it does explain the rationale behind the changes.

  • Did you know that Lynda Carter had audition for this movie and was turned down for Cathy Lee Cosby. To me this movie reminds me of the CBS Wonder Woman Series, she is more or less just a spy.

  • Does ANYONE happen to know where I can get a copy of the whole Cathy Lee Crosby WW Movie? I have been looking for it for a few years now.

    Thx

    David

  • i have it on tape complete i am pretty sure. and its a good copy i might be able to put it on dvd for you let me try.

  • This was a pretty bad movie, but don't ya think Cathy Lee Crosby was HOT in those blue tights!!!!

  • Holy mother of God... And I thought the Captain America movies were bad.

  • No mud on her back after the escape....hmmmm

  • what are all those noises?

  • I bet John Edwards wishes he had Cathy Lee's perfect hair!

  • She's the alternate Earth/Warner Bros. c. 1974 Wonder Woman. Listen up D.C comics if you happen to read this I'd like to see a meeting up between this WW and the our favorite amazon since the multiverse exists again.

  • I remember watching this movie when I was a kid. Not as good as the series but not a bad wonder woman.

  • I call her "The Other Wonder Woman".

  • a 70's porn looking woman, mudbath and a donkey....kinky
