@drealaw78 i guess you have to have a realplayer downloader..that way you can download this video..that's what i have done..to avoid the video being cut when playing whenever your connection is slow..i hope this helps..

@falklandmistake right there with ya. Started tae bo workouts and eating healthier on jan 9th. I was 335. Now on Feb 8th, I just weighed in at 309. This program works! 26 pounds down, about a 100 more to go! :)

@cilveks4 I started out sometime in mid September and been doing it ever since. I do take one day of. I eat no red meat no white rice, no soda. I first began doing 'light cardio' and when my body got used to it Just a month later I began doing mid to advanced cardio. And I saw the pounds melt away...I went down from 196lbs. to 165lbs. present...YES THIS WOUR-OUT WORKS...
@falklandmistake how often did you do taebo in a day??in a week??want to try to loose weight too..feels like am suffocated everytime i wake up in the morning..
@iglakdfac I would do it 45-55 min. a day Mon-Sat. And would take Sunday of. If you are just starting start with light cardio for about 2 week's. Then work your way up to mid to advanced. That's how I started.

@iglakdfac Major changes no, I do however keep away from red meat, sweets...well I do have some sweet bread and coffe when Im on my break at work. I do drink but not to much. I don't drink soda. Just juice, but I do add water. Lot's of vegetable, and fruit. White bread and rice I keep away from. Brown rice is good and whole wheat bread. Mix-and match this work out with others. Also you can burn more calories when you add jump-rop with this work out..TRUST ME..YOU WILL BURN FAT..FAST

@falklandmistake hi~!~now after 3 weeks doing this taebo exercise..i can honestly say i lost more than 3 pounds or maybe more (not sure since last i check my weight was 1 week ago)...i still eat the same volume due to the demands my work requires me but i CHANGED THE KINDS OF FOOD I EAT...more fruits..wheat bread and more careful buying food..

@iglakdfac To burn Calories BIG TIME..try using a jump-rop. Do 1 minute of jumping rop and rest 1 minute. Then repeat. Do 1 minute of jumping rop and rest one minute (for 30 minutes). You can burn upto 500 calories in those 30 munutes. And burn another 150-200 calories after the work-out. And congrats for the 3 pounds you lost. Take care and hope all is well.
@falklandmistake thanks again...i just checked my weight and i lost 6 lbs for the last 3 weeks and to think that i'm on the right side since losing 2.2lbs/week is the safe range for weight loss..i feel great..now i have to really have to work hard on maintaining it..next..i'm going to buy that jumping rope..;-)
In the past I lost 15 to 20 pounds doing this everyday. It works great!!
