I heard this at the News Years party last night, everyone went mental! I have never seen so many people get so pumped up by one song! Incredible.

I am confused though, "Fade to Grey" by Visage, is an 80's Techno Romance Ballad or something? And this remix is just pure awesome. Are the name of the artists to this remix called Noisia, or is it just the name of this one track?

No, Noisia is the name of the remix, it's called Noisia Bass and Drums Remix. Visage did the original. This is a Gray Numan remix that featured Visage. It was on the 1990 remix CD with several other songs that were remixed by various artists.
