Men Volleyball the most impressive player is Ricardo Garcia since he changed the game with fast and unpredictable settings, then Ball from the US. Dante is really amazing but André Nascimento msut be mentioned between the best with Giba.

OH from Russia (Maxim) and wing spiker from Cuba (Leon) are wonderful but must still improve a lot.

If you want to know the true BEST PLAYERS, you only need to watch the USA Nat'l team of the late 70s/80s. When you consider the game was modified so that matches didn't last for hours on end, that alone should tell you the current "best players of volleyball" shouldn't be proclaimed as such. They can't begin to compare. It is no longer a game capable of showing who are true "best players".

Ricardo dos Santos won the 6 Leagues world Brazil, was 2 world champion and olympic champion was in 2004, not forgetting that it was 7 times in the final of the World League
