@legatseronoian There is a slight chance that it is Crepin, specialized in such type of paintings like the russian Aivazowsky. I have used both of them extensively in Telemann's water music of my channel although i confess that I do not know this particular one.

handel and telemann were friends for life also bach admired telemann(and v v) they would not agree with nowaday average opninions since they were very humble and dedicated bringing us the best of themselves
