Not very many changes to Storm in Ultimate, but here they are anyway:

- New move, known as Fair or Foul Wind. This seems to be used to blow the opponent closer to her or away from her. I'd like to know exactly what this does.

- All of her hypers are mashable.

@ProjectAngelLuna Fair Wind pushes the opponent away to give her more space. Foul Wind pulls in to either bring the other guy in to begin the rushdown or cause accidental crossups. Same as Magneto's Attraction and Repulsion.

Storm needs a slight damage boost. Her raw damage output sucks. Her hypers are great though.

storm is great. do an air combo, knock them to the ground which will give you a gauge bar to use, and then use ice storm and continue that process for the match. easy victory

Capcom should have added Batsu Ichimonji (Rival Schools) in MvC3. He could have been a good rival for Storm: both have electric attacks and Batsu uses fire and Storm uses ice.

@julian4317 Can you say nooblet? it does not matter about how many hits. it matters if you can pin the oppoent down quickly. that combo I've seen multiple times and is able to be stopped by Amaterasu's Special then pull Zero in for a good Rekkoha lifting you up incredably high in the air lastly as they fall down and try to guard use Felecia's special to keep them in the air for another good amount of chip damage.

@BaronGrackle In Marvel Vs Capcom 2, they were four characters that were INSANELY powerful and able to pull off infinite (or near infinite) combos. They were nicknamed the "4 Gods" and were quite infamous for being "unfair" These characters were Cable, Magneto, Storm, and Sentinel. Granted, they were probably the most powerful Marvel characters running around at the time of MvC2, but...they were pretty broken.

Lowest HP, but strongest in the game, no question. Hands down. Plus, only character with a Level 5 hyper.

And yeah, only idiots back away from her. A real player would know to confront her and bait her, then use a hyper combo on her. (Assuming not all of one's team is gone.)

Regardless, I l love block-whores because then I just decimate them with Dark Phoenix. And X-factor only lasts the how ever long it lasts based on certain factors, as you probably already know.

@DeathtotheAshes Doesn't matter how strong Datk Phoenix is, she was all intended to be that strong. There is no X-Factor in MvC2 yet the Storm-Sent DHC can kill a single character. And as you may or may not know it is MUCH easier to build meter in MvC2 and especially with Storm considering she had the best runaway in the game.

She also had no bad matchups and didn't take chip damage like a whore lol
