My grandpa's car is also a 1993 Cadillac Deville as well. It's an ok car, it's got almost 129,000 miles on it. It does run a little rich and every now and then when stopped at a stop light, the car will stall. It does however start back up though. It doesn't have the digital speedometer that your car has though.

@MizterOrtiz They say you shouldnt have these old caddies with 6 gallons or under or your gonna have to putt putt. When I first bought it it stalled on me, and the owner (there at the time) said its because it had 3 gallons left and when I filled her up, look at that runs beautifully. Beautiful car, inside and out. I am considering buying a Cadillac DeVille in that same body style. Only thing that I wouldn't get that yours has is the Delco-Bose Gold Stereo. I prefer the Symphony Sound AM/FM-Cassette with the graphics equalizer that came standard and was ordered on most DeVilles from the era.
I am planning on buying one but it has 138000 miles on it. its being sold for 2,850 is this a good car that would last me for at least 5 yrs because I heard the 90's model V8 FWD's are prone to tearing the tranny up, poor design by GM and that the battery gets drained easily.. O I am also planning on butting 2 12 inch subs in it if I get it.

Now those 5.7/350's, are durable and will run a long time.

No.This engine is too clean for it to have ran on 87 grade If you run a higher octane rating,your engine will be clean and last longer My 91 Prizm always ran 89,fuck 87 grade

well it needs work still but i wanted a project vehicle, the front tires need balanced, there is a leak, looks like transmission, i want to get a 9 inch ford rear end for it, new shocks, fix the gauges that dont work and some other small things. it was 2500 but i got it down to 2000. Its VERY VERY fast too. The speedometer will work for you for about 4 to 5 seconds then its pegged out. I might have a 12 second ranger for all i know.

Yup. 4 Gallons or less if you hit a corner or cloverleaf, it'll cut out until the gas levels out. Common issue with these Caddy's.

Hows the Ford Ranger,how much did it cost?

well it needs work still but i wanted a project vehicle, the front tires need balanced, there is a leak, looks like transmission, i want to get a 9 inch ford rear end for it, new shocks, fix the gauges that dont work and some other small things. it was 2500 but i got it down to 2000. Its VERY VERY fast too. The speedometer will work for you for about 4 to 5 seconds then its pegged out. I might have a 12 second ranger for all i know.
