you will only find that dock with OEM computers such as Dell and so on that come preloaded with windows. unfortunately however, not all of these computers come with it, and this utility can be annoying, however, there is a great dock tool called Rocket Dock, and there are a few others out there if you wish to search for them. i am unsure if that is what you are demonstrating, i can barely hear you, and i just got lost in your video. soz

i have don all that and more with my Mac pro Macintosh and i have ran windows xp vista and 7 and ubuntu 32bit and 64 bit and my mac play's all the windows games and programs when i run windows i have used cube 3d desktop  and rocket dock all of the programs run fast i got 8-Core Two 2.26GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon "Nehalem" processors 6GB (six 1GB) memory 640GB hard drive1 18x double-layer SuperDrive NVIDIA GeForce GT 120 with 512MB

You need to improve your communication skills bro. I have vista and i have had the BSOD a couple times and it freezes often, but im paranoid about changing os cause i have so much stuff i dont want to loose on here, Also the cube thing is cube desktop pro. i just want to be able to flip my windows around.

all you have to do is right click on the dowck and select screen positioning. then click top.
